We've just upgraded GPX to work with CloudFlare, a popular CDN. What this means is that certain resources will be stored on the service's servers, and then delivered via lower-latency, local servers, resulting in both faster page loads for you, and less load on our server. In the future, assuming we're happy with the results of this service, we'll also be able to provide SSL support, for more secure connections to the site, as well as SPDY support, which allows for faster page loads in Chrome and Firefox (as well as any browser that supports the standard in the future). It may take up to a day to notice the effects, however, and if you have any issue accessing the site in the near future, be sure to let us know so we can investigate, yup yup!
