I'm back!

So... You are in Hoenn, beginning your Pokémon journey. It's modern times, and the rival legends have been asleep for a while, so everything is mostly normal. Team Aqua and Team Magma are still around, trying to do whatever it is they do. Latias and Latios are seen around the region, but sightings of them are rare, and when they do show up, they cause trouble. Deoxys sometimes annoys Rayquaza into waking, which causes the beast to go on a rampage. Which, in turn, disturbs the sleep of Kyogre and Groudon. Scientists fear they may awaken, but most people ignore their warnings. Phione seem to be attracted to the waters around Pacifilog town, but they are rare and use their moves or disappear at the slightest hint of danger. There have been rumors that someone has awakened Jirachi, and is using it for their own personal gain. There is a small group dedicated to helping this person, although some of them appear to have their own agenda... With these possible dangers in mind, are you ready to set off?

2. Romance allowed, just don’t go overboard.
3. Violence is allowed; just don’t tell us the details. We don't need to know what every internal organ looks like.
4. Cursing is allowed; just keep it to a minimum, and no F-bomb.

7. No catching legends unless it’s Phione.
8. All Pokémon can know more than four moves. This is like the anime.

11. Please be realistic with evolving the pokemon.
12. No Godmodding/whatever it's called.
13. You can have up to three characters, but it is generally recommended you have one.

Wild Pokemon from other Regions

Oh, and about other region Pokemon. I was thinking about common Pokemon from a certain region appearing in the wilds during certain times of day, less common Pokemon appearing only on a certain day, while rare Pokemon from a region appearing only on a certain day at certain times. And Safari Zone supports the same setting as that.

In other words, we have decided that 'common' Pokemon from other regions* can be found as ultra-rare wild Pokemon in Hoenn. Then there's the Safari zone...

I think as long as we stay realistic, we can have Pokémon from other regions appear in the wild very rarely. And only the very common ones as well. Pokémon that are more rare through breeders or the safari zone.
Maybe we can install a breeding hotspot in one of the early cities? That would make it easier to get a few foreign Pokémon, but there should be a limit on how many we can have.

The aforementioned breeding hotspot city is Rustboro City. There, you may obtain ONE rare Pokemon egg. Medium-rare eggs are available in Slateport. The limit is still being debated, but will likely be one to two eggs.

Safari Zone is still being debated, although 'common' and 'medium-rare' Pokemon may possibly be more abundant here.

Pokemon leveling, learning moves, and evolving

...Well, I guess once we actually start fighting, we'll have to do something like... um... [OOC thing]> ((Janey, +1 level, level 13; Ninja, +2 levels, level 20, learned [new move name], Evolved into [evolution's name])) This! Of course, this will only be in posts where something actually happens.

This must be in a post where something happens, as in a pokemon leveling up, learning a new move, evolving, etc. It must also be done by a lesser extent when teaching a TM/HM or a move tutor attack, such as: ((Janey, Super Fang, level 19)). No matter what, it will always have a pokemon's name/nickname and level.

Name: Wolf Montague

Hometown: Slateport
Bio: Wolf is the nephew of Team Aqua's leader, Archie. Wolf's mother, Archie's sister, always made sure to keep her son away from his uncle. She apparently forgot about his cousin in that process. Sean, who was five years older than Wolf, ended up becoming Wolf's best friend. The two would often laugh at the two team's plans, even though Sean was, in fact, a part of Team Aqua. His family has a slight rivalry with another since Wolf's older brother is trying to become champion at the same time their daughter is.

Appearance: He wears a blue vest with a white tee-shirt underneath, jeans, and a pair of light gray boots. His hair is blond, and is kept under a blue bandanna, although his hair still covers his eyes even though it's somewhere between what a guy would consider short and medium-length. He has bright green eyes, and is slightly tan from spending time outside with Janey and his friends. He has what appears to be a mystic water as a necklace.
Personality: Wolf has a rather complex personality that is hard to describe. He is a little awkward in social situations, but he does manage. He enjoys having company, whether it's human or pokemon. He tends to get frustrated when he can't seem to do something, and his solution is to leave angrily and come back once he's calmed down. His level of happiness varies pretty drastically, which his cousin enjoys teasing him about. He also favors dragon-types, and treats them and their trainers kindly, if they deserve it.

Bio: A gift from Sean on Wolf's twelfth birthday, Janey prefers to stay by her trainer's side and eat rather than wander off and fight. She is a rather ferocious fighter when she needs to be, though.

Gender: Male

Hometown: Goldenrod City, Johto
Bio: He’s from Wolfie’s family, some cousin on his dad’s side. Krale, admittedly, only came to Hoenn to get a job working for his uncle in the research lab. He is fairly good at battling, but Krale believes that he is terrible at it, and prefers to only battle when necessary, or when he needs to learn more about a pokemon. He skipped the Hoenn upgrade to his pokedex because he wanted to figure things out for himself, and because he’s a little scatterbrained and completely forgot about it. He’s never really met either one of his cousins, unless being forced into awkward conversations at parties count.
Appearance: Krale has strawberry blonde hair, and is a little short for his age. He has blue-gray eyes. Krale tends to wear a red-orange tee-shirt and dark gray shorts. He’s usually wearing a pair of black high top shoes (Converse, All-stars, something like that), and he has a baseball hat that is red-orange and black with a stylized winged cat on it.
Personality: He likes shorts. They’re comfy and easy to wear. I’ll RP the rest out.

Pokémon: Ledyba
Nickname: Cosmonaut
Gender: Female
Personality: Cosmo is slightly tomboyish, and enjoys fighting. She doesn’t actively seek out fights, though. She knows that she is fairly weak, and tries to be the best, simply because of her trainer. She is protective of Krale, and enjoys eating, much like Janey does.
Bio: Cosmo was hatched, then nearly run over by a angry pack of Houndoom chasing a thieving Pidgey. Cosmonaut then ended up taking a boat ride down a river in her egg shell, with only a stick with a single leaf attached to try and steer with. Luckily, Krale found her and rescued her. Cosmo kept the stick, and uses it to fight every so often. Somehow, the leaf is still attached.

2. Dan Magnus - Violette De'capario

Name: Violette De'capario.
Gender: Female.
Age: 16.
Hometown: Virdian City.

Bio: Violette lived all her life in Virdian City with her father, the safari zone warden of that time. She always looked up to her dad, but as she wanted to know about her mother, she couldn't get any information from her father. He knew that it was for her own good.
At around twelve years old, Violette went out from her home on her own, for the first time in her life, and went into the safari zone once. Her father let her in, and even taught her everything he knew about Pokemon. That was when Violette was old enough to receive her first Pokemon, from her father's own stash. When she took it out, she saw that it was a Mareep, that seemed to be very weak, but was still strong like a wolf. She liked looking for it, and she trained it, with the help of her dad.
After recently turning sixteen, she and her father moved to Littleroot Town, in Hoenn, due to unknown reasons. Her father says it's because his job was moved to that region, but it could be as if they ran away from something.

Personality: Violette is know to be caring, but can still be called annoying. She tends to lie to some people, but to others she can't even say anything wrong. If you ask her something, she can answer with a question. Actually, she can even be considered as a wrong person to talk to. When she hears a conversation about her, she gets a little mad, and gets right in that conversation. When angry, she tries switching the subject, like nothing happened. When serious or happy, she tends to be a little overconfident, and will not listen to you as much. Aside from that, she seems to tend and forget names quickly, saying it's not really important. She can remember them, sure, but sometimes when she doesn't want to, she doesn't.

Appearance: At a height of 5' 6'', Violette is considered to be tall, but she thinks it is alright for her. While her face is normal, her sharp cyan colored eyes, her very short elf like ears, smallish triangle nose, and her mouth is very small. Her hair is white with a tidy pattern that is not very short. Aside from the usual body features, she wears a long blue overcoat with nothing special about it, that covers her entire body, besides the head. Under the overcoat, she wears a white shirt, that fits on her quite nicely, and a black skirt, that almost reaches her knees in a few inches. Also, she wears a belt which doesn't seem to be very necessary. She also wears small, black shoes, that seem to have a unique pattern on them. She can put up to 7 Pokeballs in the pockets on her overcoat, and only one on her belt. She also has a red scarf, with a black symbol on it, that covers up her mouth sometimes. She has a tattoo of a white jet engine on her left palm, which she manages to hide away by wearing a glove in it, which seems like an ordinary working glove, and she doesn't seem to have a glove for her other hand.

Personality: Acts like she is very cute, and to admit it, she is. She is very playful, and she just loves getting the attention from all around her, especially from Violette. She may attack if she sees something not right.
Bio: Violette got her from her father when she was twelve years old. She was never in any battle, but was still happy that Violette lets her play around.

Bio: This information is classified.
Appearance: Standing high and proud at the height of 1.8m and great weight of [classified], Asin has a great muscular build of character, having about 6 abs on his stomach. He wears a black sleeveless shirt, with a symbol of a golden fire on it, two golden shoulder garments, one on each side of the arm, and he also has long red pants, with a mysterious pattern on them. Unlike any other trainer, he has a small case in which he keeps all his items. He wears blue coloured shoes, which their pattern is quite unique, his hair is black, and has a messy pattern, that goes almost beyond his neck. He has red eyes, and a small scar on his left eye, that crosses with his eyebrow and almost up to his nose. Despite the scar, he also has black sunglasses, which he wears all the time, either on his hair or over his eyes, even if its night.

3. Lonra - Deo

Name: Deo
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Hometown: Still deciding where in Johto he's from. uwu;

Bio: When Deo and his little brother were younger, they had lived together in Johto. However, due to their parents seperating, his brother and him were split up. Not much later some family issues came up for his mother, and she and his brother left to the Hoenn region.
Now, a few years later, Deo had come to Hoenn to visit them. Unfortunately, once he had arrived, something was wrong. Apparently his brother had gone missing the week before, due to unknown reasons.
Deo had insisted on his mother letting him go look for his brother, but she was too worried to let him go alone. He knew if he didn't have a chance to prepare it wouldn't work out well, so the next night he decided to sneak out of the house and head to Littleroot Town, where he'd be asking the Professor for a Pokedex.

Appearance: Drawing a picture of him real quick. He usually wears very simple clothing, but I'd assume he'd be wearing whatever I draw on him in the picture. Also he's 6'0. Personality: Calm. He tends to stay alone, as he'd rather just not bother anybody with his problems currently. He doubts that anybody wants to have to deal with someone who's trying to find his lost brother. However, just because he's so focused on this doesn't mean he won't acknowledge other people. If they're in trouble, he's going to help them. If he needs help, he probably will ask sooner or later. And, considering that he currently has no leads..

He's not really a loner, though. Just.. I guess you could say he's shy in his own little way. Or rather, over respectful of the people around him. He is not timid, though. Perhaps.. Awkward?

Gender: Female
Personality: She is very loyal to her trainer, to the point of protectiveness.
Bio: Deo's Zigzagoon had belonged to his brother. Knowing that Alia had been very close to him, Deo decided to let her join him on the search for their missing family member.
Moves: Tackle, Substitute(EM), Helping Hand(EM)

4. Villain - Capo

Name: Capo
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Hometown: Nimbasa City

Bio: Capo grew up in Nimbasa City, as the daughter of an actress and a professional gambler. Since her mother rarely had time, her father took more care of her and she learned to read people's faces easily. However, her father got involved into a scam unintentionally and when it was discovered, he spoke against the head of operation in court, which earned him a death threat from the gang of said criminal.
The family entered a witness protection program and had to leave the region entirely, moving to Littleroot Town in Hoenn. While her mother is greatly frustrated by this, Coda's father doesn't mind much and Coda herself is happy to be allowed to leave on her journey.
Capo has the useful ability to communicate with every Pokémon vie Telepathy and use a force similar to Telekinesis. She doesn't know or understand yet that her powers connect to the aura of things and work similar to psychic powers.

Appearance: Capo doesn't look very exceptional. She is on the tall side, reaching a bit above other girls' heads, but she is small enough yet to wear high heeled shoes. Her body shape is regular, but a bit boyish, with broader shoulders than normally and a few muscles more than necessary. She isn't chubby, but she is not a stick figure either. Her female curves are enough, but not oversized. She's well in the middle with that one.
Capo has black hair which is parted in the middle and falls down in waves to the middle of her back. Her eyes are turquoise, a light turquoise which reminds of water. She wears square glasses without rims.

For clothes, Capo wears a white, wide, sleeveless shirt which slides down her right shoulder and below said thin shirt a black, tight shirt with sleeves reaching down just below her elbows. The black shirt reached her hips, while the white one is fastened just above the black one.
Her legs are covered by tight jeans and she wears black gauntlets on her feet. The soles are silver and very rough to allow climbing. Capo wears jewelry, a silver ring on her right hand and a silver necklace with a blue heart pendant the most obvious. On her left wrist, there is a silver watch.
Her ears are pierced, and she wears small silver rings with Unknown letters on them in them. The letters spell out 'music' on one ear and 'art' on the other.

Personality: With fifteen years, Capo is among the older people to go on a journey in Hoenn, but would have been one of the youngest in Unova. She has always liked to point that out, but now she cannot anymore, which riles her up a bit.
Capo isn't a hot-headed person. She can stay remarkably calm in most situations, and absolutely despises people who do things head over heels. At some times, she might seem too calm and almost cold-hearted, but she isn't really, just rational. Her more sentimental side surfaces in her music.
She play the alto-saxophone and has a silver one at home, thus she plays and listens to jazz music. Classic music is also a favourite of hers, but as a heavy contrast, she also enjoys metal music. That is a kind of music she doesn't play though. Aside from the Saxophone, she is also studying piano, or was when she still lived in Unova.
When in contact with other people, Capo is sane and level headed, and she trusts easily, sometimes too easily. but once her trust is broken just once, it is very, very difficult to regain. She is open to all kinds of people and an easy person to get along with as long as one is not too hot-headed or wastes resources a lot.
Her motto might as well be "Always be prepared". She carries a small knife and quite a few kinds of berries for all kinds of situations.

Personality: Coda is very, very grown up for his actual age. Though only of a low level, he knows a lot about other Pokémon and their feelings, as well as when to run from a fight instead of being stubborn and staying. He cares for Capo a whole lot, sensing that she is a worthy human to be considered a friend. He is cautious and very loyal.
He has a fondness for dark chocolate.
Bio: Coda was given to Capo on her seventh birthday, her father considering that the best age for starting to have a partner. The two have been together ever since, and are very close.

7. quomimi - Emera Siberia

Name: Emera (if I need a last name it'll be Siberia)
Gender: Femaaaale!
Age: 13
Hometown: Lilycove City!

Bio: Emera grew up in the small city of Celadon with her parents. They often went on buisness trips to all of the regions, Johto being the most common. But this one time, her parents were needed in Unova. There had been problems with the ports from Johto, and had seemingly disappeared after they crossed the border to Unova. This was still a very strange region at the time, and they had a lot of their best workers on the case, including Emera's mother and father. They would be taking a plane along with the rest of their group to Unova, and Emera had the chance to go. But instead, she stayed with her grandparents in Lavender Town until they returned.

Her backstory in Kanto
With a problem that large, Emera's parents were away for close to three years, which had killed their parents on the inside. They missed their daughter, and she missed them. But during that time was when she developed her 'team'. She found her Pokemon all in different ways, them being a Dragonite, Lapras, Primeape, and an Arcanine.

How Mighty, Kaya, Stuffy, and Mako were caught
Emera found the Dratini that grew to be her Dragonite in the Celadon City arcade area. Actually, her herself didn't go, her 19 year old cousin went in to gamble. He actually won a mysterious egg, although no one really wins those things. Not having any use for it, he passed it on to Emera, who hatched him about a month afterwards. She trained him every day (along with her other Pokemon whom will be explained) until he was a strong Dragonite. He was soon nicknamed after birth 'Mighty'.

Lapras, who was later known as Kaya, had washed up on the shore of the Seafoam Islands. Rumors of this spread around quickly, and Emera rode on Mighty (who was a Dragonair at the time) to the area where the myth began. Once she got there, she saw that the rumors were true. A large Lapras was laying helplessly on the western bay of the Seafoam Islands. She stared to hang out with her for a while as Emera tried to bring the Pokemon back to health, making several trips back and forth from Lavender Town and the Lapras. After two weeks, the Lapras was back to full health, and Emera wanted to catch her. She didn't resist much, but Emera did end up with a new Lapras. They trained, and gave the Lapras the name of Kaya.

The Primeape Emera soon names 'Stuffy' was found in her grandparent's chimney. He smelled food, and was drawn to the smoke floating from their chimney. He climbed up the roof, and fell down the chimney at night when they would begin to cook dinner, and light the fireplace to keep the small house warm. Emera's grandfather had seen a shadowy figure leaning frm the area, and quickly put the fire out. Seeing now the shadow was a Mankey, he meerly threw him out. Emera didn't mind this much, that is, until he came back. Again. And again. And again. The Mankey kept returning, and her grandmother was mad. She told Emera to, "Catch that dang pig monkey and trade it to your cousin Steven!" Emera did catch the Mankey, but she decided to keep him anyway. Why not? He obviously liked the place enough to keep coming back. She trained him along with her other Pokemon to become a Primeape, and named him 'Stuffy' for no complete reason.

Mako, who is Emera's Arcanine, doesn't really have a special story. Emera wanted to find a new friend to her team, came across a Growlithe, and caught him. She named him 'Mako' since it just fits. She trained him until she found a Firestone to evolve him into an Arcanine, then trained him more, and more, and blah blah blah...

So anyways, after her parents returned, Emera was 13 years old. They missed her dearly, and at that time was when Emera had recieved the letter as one of the kids to be sent to Hoenn. Although her parents wanted to catch up with their daughter, they wanted her to travel to Hoenn to get more experience in her life. After a fair-well party, Emera boarded a plane to the Hoenn region, ready to recieve her mission.</div>
Now that Emera entered the Hoenn region, she stayed with her pen pal in Lilycove City for a short time, and joined a swimteam down in Petalburge Town for a short time. As a final-exam type of thing, they all swam to Dewford Town. Emera was the first to get there, and her reward was an Ultra Ball. In the local cave was where she found Rumble, an Aron who was her first Pokemon from Hoenn.

Appearance: Emera isn't the tallest girl around, she's actually the height of a 10-year old. She has brown hair that's always in a low ponyta tail. (Pun intended) Her favorite color is green, so she'll always be wearing a green T-shirt with jean-blue shorts. She also has brown glasses, and white tennis shoes.

Personality: Emera is a very fun- loving person, and loves to laugh about anything that she can, and likes to make other people laugh. Sometimes she thinks a little too much before she does, so she doesn't get far too fast. She also has a tendancy to "over-train" her Pokemon before gym battles (as I do too :P), and she likes to treat her Pokemon as pets rather than partners. Although she loves Pokemon, she's a little insecure about herself being on a journey all on her own, and tends to get homesick from time-to-time.

Name: Ky Furrow
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Hometown: The Outer Provinces Cherrygrove Town of Johto
Bio: Ky, being a small 5 year old, loved his parents. They did alot together, and they enjoyed living in the peaceful small grove. Once he was 10, he was blessed by his parents to get a starter Pokemon. His first choice was a Cyndaquil. As they trained, he lost control of the small wild fire Pokemon, and it burned down Elm's lab. Getting the Pokemon and people out, Ky was banned from having a starter Pokemon in Johto. Ky was forced to leave his home, and he left to the Hoenn region by the age of 11. The words of the professor replaying in his head, Ky decided to journey over the Hoenn lands before he got his Pokemon. He traveled for four years before finally returning to the Littleroot town. But as he returned to get his Pokemon, a Tailow caught his eye. The Tailow had a small red blotch at the end of it's wing. After closer inspection, it was a design on its wing. Ky was happy to see such a strange coloration on a Pokemon. The Tailow also seemed to be happy to be with Ky.

Bio: Mostly explained in Ky's bio. He flew to the border of Littleroot Town where Ky found him for berries. Rajo was always a Tailow that talked with his eyes, and when he saw that Ky also does this, they developed a bond.

Bio: Lily is the most popular girl in town. She's the girl that everyone thinks is perfect. She participates alot in her school, she'll do cheerleading, baseball, and soccer. And with growing up in Nimbasa City, this propelled her popularity. She was very fit with her sports, and she decided that if she got a Pokemon, she would become more popular. This is how she got her Shinx. Lily actually didn't catch her Shinx, but instead it was shipped to her house by mail. She bought it on the internet. (That's how low she is with Pokemon)

What with getting her Pokemon, and spreading around the fact that she has trained her Shinx very well, she was sent the letter from the proffessor in Hoenn asking her for her help. She would be thought of badly if she turned him down, so she left for Hoenn for that reason. Lily was given the news that the proffessor had been kidnapped, and she was now sent on his trail.

Personality: She's basically the top status, everyone listens to her. And if you don't, she can ruin you. Lily will spread rumors about you, start drama, steal boyfriends, whatever it takes to get the message to you that she is on top. She acts as if she's always happy about everything, that life is perfect for her, until you get in her way. She'll bully people into doing her bidding, and is always considered the 'Queen Bee'. Of course, several people have a love/hate relationship towards her, considering what kind of person she is. And Lily will talk behind people's backs. She'll always think she is so much better than you at everything, and will not be insulted. A word of the wise, stay in her good side.

Bio: Nini was caught near Sandgem Town for Lily's requested order online. A few workmen came and captured him, and he was sent to Unova. Lily was a bit mad when she found out he was male, but went along with it anyway. They didn't have enough money for a second shipment.

Appearance:
She's rather short for her age,making people believe she's younger then she really is. She wears the (typical?) Ortega family Dragon Tamer suit; Black, halflong boots, red jeans, a red coat reaching her knees adn underneath a black shirt with long,wide sleeves. She has Bordeaux hair with a few white highlights in it. She also wears the Ortega-Dragonteeth necklace (been said to belong to a gigantic Dragon-type pokémon) and a silver ring on her left annulary with a wing of a dragonair inside of it.

Bio:
Born in Blackthorn city, as one of youngest members of the Dragon Tamers. She is born in the Ortega family, a line of dragon tamers whom decided to roam the world and bring the dragon tamers to other regions. She trained for a while with Clair,the Blackthorn gymleader and was finally granted a pokémon, but not a dragon-type yet. The dragon master gave her a ralts. She became the first dragon tamer who's first pokémon was an non-dragontype pokémon. Together with her parents she left for the Sinnoh region to find new dragon tamers. But after a while Ayra was sent back to Jotho to resume training. She then was sent to professor Elm by the Dragon master to start learning about other pokémon. She and her ralts traveled Jotho for a year and got a little stronger every time, and by the time she had reached her final goal Blackthorn city she resumed training with Clair until professor Elm sent her that mail about professor Birch having a problem and to set off immediately.

Personality:
Though she might look fragile, she has a quite a temper! Nice to people being nice to her and getting extremely upset by people hurting pokémon for fun she has a golden heart. She's calm but with people she just met she could get quite active,blurring out things she'll later regret. Her fighting style is balanced and her fighting spirit is as fierce as a rampaging Ramparados! But learning from her superiors has taught her to stay calm in difficult times and when other panic. For her age Ayra's very mature, though she doesn't really act like it. She can be quite strict with some things but that's made up with her kind nature. She respects anyone who earned it but who did something wrong in her eyes will feel the consequences, she can then turn into someone totally different; she becomes rude and cold hearted at those times.

Bio: Lex was Ayra's first pokémon, given to her by the dragonmaster. She and Lex never part and withstand the harsh trainings of Clair together.

Hometown: Blackthorn
Bio:
Ryuho is Ayra’s older brother and a full-fledged dragon tamer. He has travelled through Kanto, Jotho, Sinnoh and Unova even gaining a place in the Sinnoh League’s fifth round and becoming the Unova league’s newest champion. Though he did not accept the title as new champion and decide to travel to the last region he hadn’t visited yet, Hoenn. He’s going after his little sister Ayra, to tell her about the great news he caries with him. Accompanying him is his new partner Albiore, a riolu he got from Sinnoh’s steel-type researcher Riley. He left his dragon-type pokémon at home, seeing this as the beginning of a new adventure.

Personality: Ryuho is most things his sister isn’t. He’s serious all the time and has ideals he wants to realize. He’s an excellent trainer, though his training can be harsh at times. He reacts pretty cool to others but is very protective over his pokémon and Ayra.

Bio: Albiore is a newly-hatched riolu who was raised for a while by a researcher named Riley. He likes to brag about his power and likes to fight, having the nature of a taillow; never back down and keep on fighting no matter how strong the opponent is. He later on decided to go with Dragontamer Ryuho and travel through the Hoenn region.

Appearance: 5’4” Medium build, light skin, long blonde hair (reaches the hips), blue-grey eyes, rather inconspicuous. Long bangs are normally swept to the side. Her facial features are unique, but not unattractive, and somewhat foreign. She carries with her: a large Zebstrika-striped messenger bag; Zebstrika-striped thermal jacket normally wrapped around the waist; four short-sleeved shirts with unique abstract designs; two pairs of classic blue jeans; several sets of spare underclothes; a thermal blanket; thermal boots and toe shoes; a few headbands and hairbands, plus hairbrushes and other essential toiletries such as soaps and the like; a sketchbook, journal, and writing supplies; all Pokémon-related objects she may acquire; a Mew doll she calls Myuu.

Hometown: White forest
Bio: Shadow was named Shadow because of the way Pokemon follow him, they all "shadow" him ever since he was a baby playing with his mother's houndour. His first name was Eric but since his mother changed his name he has never known that, she sometimes called him Richard after how much he looked like his father. His favorite type of pokemon are dragon types.
Appearance: A somewhat short boy he stands 5'3" with short red hair and red eyes surrounded by green rings, he takes them from his father (who he has never met). He generally wears a plain white t-shirt with nothing on it, and a red jacket with a few pockets that he keeps various things in. He wears jeans as to not to be to different and stand out, they are faded so much they are almost white with a touch of blue left in them. He wears plain red sneakers and often runs to keep in shape. He has a few muscles and can lift about 90 pounds, but his legs are extremely muscular and he can run for miles without tireing at all.

Personality: Aimi is slightly shy, not really wanting to talk to new people all that much. When she gets to know someone she lets her real personality show, she is slightly perky and generally funny all-around.

Cheep was an egg when given to Aimi, Aimi surprisingly took good care of the egg, waiting every day for it to hatch. When it finally did, it made a cheeping noise, so Aimi named her Cheep.

Bio: Lily was born in Lilycove City and was named after the city by her parents. Her dad is a talented pokemon trainer and her mom is a talented coordinator. Lily has 2 brothers, Alex and Max. She is the middle child of her family and is very close to her father. She is said to be “Daddy’s Little Girl” because her father seems to let her do and give her nearly everything that she wants and she can convince him to do anything. Lily and her brothers are different. Her older brother is a total brainier or nerd as she always calls him and her younger brother is naïve. Lily, on the other hand, is a sly, gentle, kind, caring, stubborn and somewhat rebellious girl who often gets in trouble. At the age of 5, she moved to Petalburg City and lived there until she is 8 years old and at the age of 8, she moved to Lavender Town.

Bio:Sky's family runs a water pokemon breeding center. Sky has loved pokemon since she could walk. She has never been anywere outside of Olivine city. Her farther travels all over to collect different and rare water pokemon. She made best friends with her dad's prized mudkips. Shelly, the female, follows her all around when she is doing various jobs in Olivine. Sky, after turning 13, wanted to leave Olivine for once. Her father said no. Ever since she watches the boats go in and out of Olivine Port. Dreaming of a different city, and different region. When she was 16 her farther finally let her go somewere. He couldn't meet a friend in Vermilion. He then gave her a egg, and said "you can't do it alone." He said she could leave as soon as that egg hatched. It hatched and it was a mudkip, but not just any mudkip, a mudkip from her farther's prized mudkips. She left from Olivine Port to Vermilion, with the mudkip. She was blown away when she got there. She recieved the water pokemon from her dad's friend. When going to the Vermilion Harbor she heard of trip in Hoenn. The mudkip wanted to go, she called up her dad who laughed and said he would have been surprised if she did not want to go an adventure.

Appearance: Long golden hair, that often gets in her face. Round face with big blue eyes and freckels. Average hight, but with her active lifestyle skinny but not a stick, she has some muscle. She is always wearing blue, if you looking for her in any other color you will not find her. Her clothing is simple, but always light and perfect for sunny weather. She has a gigantic dark blue purse used for carring everything. Instead of the tradional belt to carry pokeballs, she uses a necklace, that her best friend gave her. When a boat unloads there can be feet stomping so she learned to wear closed toe shoes. She also wears a blue cowgirl like hat.

Personality: A shy girl who never says much to strangers. But, talking to her friends is another matter. Most of her friends say she talks to much. Naturally curious, that sometimes gets her into touble. Because of this she loves to try new things. Very kind, but can have a sharp tonge. Not afarid of a verbal battle with others. Devoted to pokemon, will stop anyone form abusing pokemon. If she is sleeping you should never wake her up, she is extremly grumpy when she is tired. Nature captures her main interest, she loves to take pictures of it, and is never without her trusty camera.

6. Trainer Sarah - Sarah Zelder

Name: Sarah Zelder
Age: 13
Hometown: Goldenrod City, Johto
Bio: Sarah is a hotheaded teen raised in Urban Johto (and proud of it too). When she was about 5 or so, she strayed South and somehow wound up lost in Ilex Forest. She then found a Spikey-Eared Pichu, along with some other forest pokemon the Pichu led, who helped her. She soon befrended them and came back to visit them daily. When she turned ten she requested Spikey (what she called the Pichu) to come with her as her partner, so together they traveled Johto and Kanto. Sarah decided next she wanted to see Hoenn, but there were troubles in the Forest in which Spikey was needed for. So Spikey, still technically belonging to Sarah, decided to stay behind for Hoenn and rejoin her for the next region she went to. Sarah then further decided to completely start over and use new pokemon, new supplies, ect. Of corse, the she traveled Kanto about 9 months ago...so although she is somewhat known (Among the Goldenrod/Azelea/Ecruteak area if nowhere else), she is a little rusty and hasn't battled for a while.

Appearance: Sarah is almost always seen in a red baseball cap (even though she normally perfers blue), and has medium length thick brunette hair with highlights that seems to attract dirt, but is fairly pretty nontheless. She is tall and is often mistaken for a year (sometimes two) above her age, and has average green eyes. She also has 'white' skin that is not pale but not tan with freckles on her cheeks, nose, and forehead. She likes to wear a soft-feeling plain but pretty blue shirt with a jacket and jean shorts followed by tennis shoes. So pretty much, despite her age and experience, she likes dressing like a n00b fresh out of her hometown.

Personality: Sarah is very fierce when she's truly angry, and often resorts to yelling, which can sometimes bother people. She can sometimes be considered a little bit of a drama queen, but to her, 'running out of Reeses PB cups IS life and death'. She despises when people repeat stuff (as in parents nagging about chores or school councilors), especially when they are talking slowly and quietly. She cannot stand the widespread concept of "popularity" and can stand bullying even less, and she sticks up for almost every kid made fun of she sees. Because of this (and many other things, too) she is a natural leader. Despite her childish, loud, hyper, bouncing-off-the-walls personality, she is actually somewhat wise, and is a night person. Ask her a serious question in the day, her response will be along the lines of, "I dunno ask your Mom", but asking her at night will reward you with a more thoughtful response (that is also usually not being yelled in your ear).

Gender: Female
Personality (Note that this is as of the RP's beginning): Sapphire is on the more quiet side, but is not silent either. She would rather wander around a forest either alone or with one close friend than battle. She loves to think, about what nobody knows, but this had led to problems in her past such as being caught off guard when in battle (see bio). She cracks instantly when she senses pressure, which makes team mates/her trainer very annoyed as she freezes up then flinches when she's attacked. She appreciates gifts and rewards graciously.

Bio: Sapphire was wild-born, though her family has actually only lived in the wild for three generations. Her Blaziken parents (and four siblings) were in the Exploration Team buisiness or the fighting for $ buisiness...but when Sapphire tried it out, she got beat about pretty badly, and thus is not a fan of battling.

Bio: Senela was born and raised a forest girl. Growing flowers became her lifestyle, leading her to love any and all plants. Other than her books and the occasional trip to Littleroot, she knows little of her homeland.

Appearance: She's slim and short for her age, but stands on her toes often to appear taller. She has sea-blue eyes and long, green hair put into a ponytail. She normally wears a plain blue sundress.

Personality: Bright, cheerful, and oblivious, she's the kind of person that is difficult to meet, but easy to get along with. She's very honest and speaks her mind, but expects everyone to do the same, making her susceptible to tall tales and lies. She doesn't actually want her Pokemon to fight.

Bio: Palm has been with Senela for years, but wasn't given a poke'ball until recently. Senela found Palm badly hurt near the garden. After healing him, he began patrolling the garden for pests and thieves. Eventually, Palm started helping in the garden and became part of the family.

Hometown: She is an immigrant from Aspergia City.
Appearance: Aria has long curly golden hair with her bangs parted and a lighter, almost white gold. Her skin is lightly tanned, and she is the slightest over 5 1/2 feet tall. On her head is a gray and blue plaid newsboy hat, and black glasses. She also wears a white denim jacket with a light blue tee underneath. Below is a brown leather belt, and black khakis, and light gray sneakers.
Personality: Calm, carefree, super happy, energetic, a bit hard-headed, and a bit of a jokester.

Personality: Calm, carefree, gentle, loyal, trustworthy, and always super happy.
Bio: Harmony has been with Aradia since she was 10. Her mother gave her the egg for her tenth birthday, and the 12-year-old raised the Pidgey with care, feeding her sweet Poffins and Sweet Hearts as treats for successfully learning a new move or mastering a new strategy for battle. She holds a Soothe Bell around her neck on a ribbon, and her ability is Keen Eye.

Name: Capo
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Hometown: Nimbasa City

Bio: Capo grew up in Nimbasa City, as the daughter of an actress and a professional gambler. Since her mother rarely had time, her father took more care of her and she learned to read people's faces easily. However, her father got involved into a scam unintentionally and when it was discovered, he spoke against the head of operation in court, which earned him a death threat from the gang of said criminal.
The family entered a witness protection program and had to leave the region entirely, moving to Littleroot Town in Hoenn. While her mother is greatly frustrated by this, Coda's father doesn't mind much and Coda herself is happy to be allowed to leave on her journey.
Capo has the useful ability to communicate with every Pokémon vie Telepathy and use a force similar to Telekinesis. She doesn't know or understand yet that her powers connect to the aura of things and work similar to psychic powers.

Appearance: Capo doesn't look very exceptional. She is on the tall side, reaching a bit above other girls' heads, but she is small enough yet to wear high heeled shoes. Her body shape is regular, but a bit boyish, with broader shoulders than normally and a few muscles more than necessary. She isn't chubby, but she is not a stick figure either. Her female curves are enough, but not oversized. She's well in the middle with that one.
Capo has black hair which is parted in the middle and falls down in waves to the middle of her back. Her eyes are turquoise, a light turquoise which reminds of water. She wears square glasses without rims.

For clothes, Capo wears a white, wide, sleeveless shirt which slides down her right shoulder and below said thin shirt a black, tight shirt with sleeves reaching down just below her elbows. The black shirt reached her hips, while the white one is fastened just above the black one.
Her legs are covered by tight jeans and she wears black gauntlets on her feet. The soles are silver and very rough to allow climbing. Capo wears jewelry, a silver ring on her right hand and a silver necklace with a blue heart pendant the most obvious. On her left wrist, there is a silver watch.
Her ears are pierced, and she wears small silver rings with Unknown letters on them in them. The letters spell out 'music' on one ear and 'art' on the other.

Personality: With fifteen years, Capo is among the older people to go on a journey in Hoenn, but would have been one of the youngest in Unova. She has always liked to point that out, but now she cannot anymore, which riles her up a bit.
Capo isn't a hot-headed person. She can stay remarkably calm in most situations, and absolutely despises people who do things head over heels. At some times, she might seem too calm and almost cold-hearted, but she isn't really, just rational. Her more sentimental side surfaces in her music.
She play the alto-saxophone and has a silver one at home, thus she plays and listens to jazz music. Classic music is also a favourite of hers, but as a heavy contrast, she also enjoys metal music. That is a kind of music she doesn't play though. Aside from the Saxophone, she is also studying piano, or was when she still lived in Unova.
When in contact with other people, Capo is sane and level headed, and she trusts easily, sometimes too easily. but once her trust is broken just once, it is very, very difficult to regain. She is open to all kinds of people and an easy person to get along with as long as one is not too hot-headed or wastes resources a lot.
Her motto might as well be "Always be prepared". She carries a small knife and quite a few kinds of berries for all kinds of situations.

Personality: Coda is very, very grown up for his actual age. Though only of a low level, he knows a lot about other Pokémon and their feelings, as well as when to run from a fight instead of being stubborn and staying. He cares for Capo a whole lot, sensing that she is a worthy human to be considered a friend. He is cautious and very loyal.
He has a fondness for dark chocolate.
Bio: Coda was given to Capo on her seventh birthday, her father considering that the best age for starting to have a partner. The two have been together ever since, and are very close.

I still want six fighting Pokémon though so I'd have seven in total, one stored in the PC/with the Prof.

Bio: Violette lived all her life in Virdian City with her father, the safari zone warden of that time. She always looked up to her dad, but as she wanted to know about her mother, she couldn't get any information from her father. He knew that it was for her own good.
At around twelve years old, Violette went out from her home on her own, for the first time in her life, and went into the safari zone once. Her father let her in, and even taught her everything he knew about Pokemon. That was when Violette was old enough to receive her first Pokemon, from her father's own stash. When she took it out, she saw that it was a Mareep, that seemed to be very weak, but was still strong like a wolf. She liked looking for it, and she trained it, with the help of her dad.
After recently turning sixteen, she and her father moved to Littleroot Town, in Hoenn, due to unknown reasons. Her father says it's because his job was moved to that region, but it could be as if they ran away from something.

Personality: Violette is know to be caring, but can still be called annoying. She tends to lie to some people, but to others she can't even say anything wrong. If you ask her something, she can answer with a question. Actually, she can even be considered as a wrong person to talk to. When she hears a conversation about her, she gets a little mad, and gets right in that conversation. When angry, she tries switching the subject, like nothing happened. When serious or happy, she tends to be a little overconfident, and will not listen to you as much. Aside from that, she seems to tend and forget names quickly, saying it's not really important. She can remember them, sure, but sometimes when she doesn't want to, she doesn't.

Appearance: At a height of 5' 6'', Violette is considered to be tall, but she thinks it is alright for her. While her face is normal, her sharp cyan colored eyes, her very short elf like ears, smallish triangle nose, and her mouth is very small. Her hair is white with a tidy pattern that is not very short. Aside from the usual body features, she wears a long blue overcoat with nothing special about it, that covers her entire body, besides the head. Under the overcoat, she wears a white shirt, that fits on her quite nicely, and a black skirt, that almost reaches her knees in a few inches. Also, she wears a belt which doesn't seem to be very necessary. She also wears small, black shoes, that seem to have a unique pattern on them. She can put up to 7 Pokeballs in the pockets on her overcoat, and only one on her belt. She also has a red scarf, with a black symbol on it, that covers up her mouth sometimes. She has a tattoo of a white jet engine on her left palm, which she manages to hide away by wearing a glove in it, which seems like an ordinary working glove, and she doesn't seem to have a glove for her other hand.

Team:

Pokemon: Mareep.
Nickname: Sheepy.
Gender: Female.
Personality: Acts like she is very cute, and to admit it, she is. She is very playful, and she just loves getting the attention from all around her, especially from Violette. She may attack if she sees something not right.
Bio: Violette got her from her father when she was twelve years old. She was never in any battle, but was still happy that Violette lets her play around.
Moves: Tackle, Growl.

Accepted, Dan. And since the few pokemon anime episodes/movies I watched had the professor taking care of Ash's pokemon, so I assume that's where they are most of the time when you shove them into a PC. It makes me feel better to think that, at least.

Same here, 100% better. I mean, just leaving them there to rot would be awful.
But do Pokémon even have a sense of time inside those things? How do they feel in general? I like to think they have some sort of nice room in there (or at least imagine it to be so, like in a dream?)...
Ah well. Moving on, I'm just sentimental right now.

I was also wondering what the hell was going on inside one of those 'Pokeballs'... There might be a small waiting room inside there, with food and everything. Not sure if that's even possible, or how can anything fit inside them, but since it's not about logic, I'll let that slip by. I don't really want to go that deep...

About opening, when are we gonna start? Whenever is fine, currently.

How do you think pokemon from other regions would be available? My thoughts are along the lines of random breeders or one heck of a Safari zone.

Yay, it's up! And also the person.

Oh, and about other region Pokemon. I was thinking about common Pokemon from a certain region appearing in the wilds during certain times of day, less common Pokemon appearing only on a certain day, while rare Pokemon from a region appearing only on a certain day at certain times. And Safari Zone supports the same setting as that.

Just an opinion, though... Not sure which region from where or what kind of Pokemon...

Anyway, off to post!
