What is a pass counter and what does it do after it reaches critical mass?

i think when it reaches critical mass then the next day will have a random multiplyer.

The pass counter goes up as people keep clicking others who have clicked them. When it hits critical mass the next day is a multiplier day and one of the pass powers is active all day (excluding flame power).
