Yesterday I saw a male Vesiqueen (I'm going to have to find that again). Is this a glitch, or does gender not actually matter (like how in this site, eggs can be either parent instead of just the mother)?

We made it so both genders can evolve to Vespiquen, so that male Combees aren't completely worthless.

Gallade is still male-only, as is Frosslass and stuff. Vespiquen was the only one, really, yeah.
