The following Specialist Classes are available once the rank of Elite or Veteran has been reached. Within each category are suggested equipment options and mission-types to accept. Players can also create missions that will require several different types of operatives for use.

Basic:
This class is identical to being a basic Grunt, only with the bonuses given to Elites. These units use whichever gear they choose to use, and tend to go on varying missions.

Stealth:
Units in the Stealth class focus on stealthy tactics, using equipment that enhances sneaking and Pokemon that are quick and silent on their feet. These operatives are normally sent in for retrieval missions due to their speed and efficiency.

Close Quarters Combat:
Units in the CQC class focus on storming buildings and utilizing Pokemon for combat within enclosed spaces. These operatives use protective equipment such as steel-toed boots and kneepads to protect themselves from falling while running, or being knocked back by destructive Pokemon attacks. These operatives are normally sent in for basic missions.

Reconnaissance:
Units in the Recon class focus on surveying areas, typically from far distances or from the air. These units tend to use flying Pokemon for transport, or simply rely on basic methods of transport. Normally, these units are utilized to collect data and assist other operatives in missions. Missions can vary, although Recon units have normally been deployed in the outskirts.

Demolition:
Units in the Demolition class focus on entering buildings by attracting as much attention as possible, with the use of explosives. These units tend to use protective and destructive equipment, such as arc welding helmets and welding torches, and planted explosives for blowing open sealed doors. These units also tend to use Pokemon that are capable of using attacks such as Explosion and Selfdestruct. Demolition units are typically used in full-fledged raids on large facilities, in order to get other operatives past obstacles such as high walls and locked doors.

Heavy Assault:
Units in the Heavy Assault class rely on brute force to get the job done. Protective equipment is normally worn, such as helmets, kneepads, and shoulder pads to prevent injury from damage caused by the immense and destructive Pokemon they use in battle. These units undergo missions that rely Pokemon with a lot of power to win tough battles.

Scientist:
Scientists tend to stay far away from the heat of battle, although they will serve when called upon. Scientists utilize their intellect as their prime weapon in combat. Scientists also use technology to their advantage when faced with difficult situations. These units are normally used when careful planning is required.
