Powers: Basic control over electricity through the friction of atoms but has a basic distance of only a few feet. The voltage is greatly increased when in contact with her.
Side: Good (or neutral if can’t be good)

Appearance: Mayuri is 5’2 with fare skin and a petite body. Her eyes are blue and her hair brown, cut so that it fans out at the sides and reaches the base of her neck. Her face is soft and kind and her body is devoid of blemishes or marks of any kind. She wears a blue sun hat with a white ribbon and a blue sun dress which reaches to just above her knees. The dress has a darker blue trim and a ribbon around the waist while underneath she wears a pair of black shorts. At the top of the dress is a pink frill. She wears plain brown boots with no accessories of any kind.


Personality: Mayuri has a child like attitude, especially for someone of her age, being that she collects child’s toys and is a bit of an airhead (silly). She will give nicknames to things and people that she meets or encounters without telling them so. When greeting someone she says “tu~tu~ruuu” instead of saying something like hello or their name.

She is a very kind person who doesn’t think of the sad things in life. She is the one who will say her mind in the kindest fashion that she can and never causes harm to anyone else. If someone she cares about is not speaking with her, she won’t bring it up for a few days. She will also play along with any ‘game’ that is being played, a reason why she cosplays well. Despite her happy demeanor, she can get saddened when it comes to something cute that she wants but can’t afford.

She also acts somewhat like a puppy and will follow the person which she likes the most. She will even refer to herself as being their hostage when questioned but that she became their hostage by her own choice. Quite often, especially if the sun is particularly bright or warm that day, she can be found with her hand extended upward towards the sky, her eyes anticipating but somewhat sad. She is the type of person who even when being hurt will use excuses for why someone is treating her that way and push it off.


History: Mayuri was raised by her grandmother but when her grandmother passed when she was young, she was almost heartbroken. She visited her grandmother’s grave every day (rain or shine), finding no purpose to continue living. She quite often looked up into the sky but one day when the sun was particularly bright, she held her hand up towards the sun. She believed that she was ready to leave, ready to join her grandmother, which is why she holds her hand out to bright lights or the sun at times.

Finding a friend, she found the joy in simply being alive; however, she still has a very child like personality and innocence towards the world. When her dearest friend moved away, Zapdos became known to her. She was fourteen at the time and was simply looking into the sky when she thought she saw a rather large bird fly across the sun. It wasn’t until a few months later that she actually spoke with the legendary and gained its powers.

She is practically an exact copy of Mayuri from Steins;Gate, lol.(for once I didn't completely come up with a character =P )

Edit: It is so short...I don't like that.
