How are they related to the Kage of their village: Same reason as Minako; Asuma's sister married an Uchiha and then their children continued marrying Uchiha and such on and so forth until they reached Sasuke's family, and then Sasuke marrying an unknown ninja and giving birth to Chiharu.

History: Chiharu was born within the Uchiha Clan with Sasuke Uchiha and an unknown woman as her parents. Since her mother knew that couldn't keep her, she brought her in front of an orphanage in Konoha, leaving a note begging the village to accept her despite being a rogue's children. The reason for this is that she was with Sasuke not by love, but by fear. A few years later, her brother would be born. Chiharu had the Six-Tails inside her while Minako had the Eight-Tails.

She lived in the orphanage until she turned five, which was when a retired ANBU member adopted her. Thanks to this, she wanted to become an ANBU member, just like him. Therefore, she went to the Academy at 7 and had some trouble there, considering she was the smallest student. She was calm and silent at that time.

At 10 though, she learned that she had a brother and decided to meet him. When she did, they were both shy and awkward at first. That is, until Minako started talking about their father. This spawned an argument, since she respected him and he didn't, and it soon turned violent. Her brother had just entered the Academy, but he was still able to savagely beat her, resulting in a bloodbath, a missing eye and a severely mangled leg.

Medic-nins were soon there, having heard the poor girl scream as Minako was pounding her into the ground. One restrained him and knocked him out while the others took Chiharu away and healed her. From that day forward, she wasn't the same girl. She became the Chiharu you know today, with a violent hatred towards her brother and a short temper.

Surprisingly, the motivation to beat him awakened something inside her. She completely dominated the next Chunin Exams with her Genjutsu and weapons and soon ascended to Jonin. Due to her superior skills and fighting style, she applied to be an ANBU member and she was immediately accepted, becoming an ANBU member at the age of 14, which made people think of her uncle, Itachi. She even had the same affinity for Genjutsu.

Now 17, Chiharu is a respected and feared Squad Leader inside the ANBU, but she still holds that terrible grudge towards Minako. She also learned to control the Six-Tails by that time, and has a fairly good relationship with it, surprisingly (a bit like Killer Bee).

Appearance: Chiharu is a very small girl, being only 4'8" (with her sandals, meaning she's 4'7") and weighing 82 pounds. Her hair is short and pitch black with bangs that cover her missing right eye, which is already covered by a black eyepatch with the Uchiha Clan's Insigna on it. Her only eye is brown, making the iris color change from either the Six-Tails (see Jutsu Varieties) or the Sharingan easy to notice. On the right side of her face, near her eye, there are noticeable burn marks. Being an ANBU member, she often wears her custom mask. It is almost featureless, having no ears or such. However, it's missing an eye, just like her. Over the missing eye, there are big red claw marks. Other than that, there are two thin vertical red lines going from the top of the mask to the bottom, passing right between the eye and the claw marks.

Of course, Chiharu wears a customised ANBU uniform (she didn't like the standard one) most of the time. Her whole armor stops above her abdomen, leaving her stomach uncovered and revealing a tattoo around her navel. She also has the signature ANBU tattoo on her right shoulder, like every female member. She also has an obligatory katana strapped to her back. Her left hand is completely charred, lacks fingernails and is almost completely black. She can still move it and such, but it's completely numb; she can't feel anything in it. She has metallic wrist guards, which have the Konoha Insigna on them, instead of arm guards, though she wears a long white glove on her left hand to hide its pitiful state. She tends to wear the white hooded cloak without the mask (she straps it to a leather belt around her waist) when not on duty.

For lower wear, the young Squad Leader wears tight, yet comfy, black shorts. On her right leg, she has a large vertical scar on her calf while her left leg is in a pitiful state visually, which is why she has fully bandaged it. There are multiple scars, half-healed open wounds that will stay there forever and other gross things. Her Konoha headband is tied around her left ankle. She wears black sandals with one inch high heels.

Personality: Chiharu, despite her small size, is quite cocky and proud of herself. She is quick to insult someone or to talk down someone. She seems to think that she's unbeatable, even though she's far from that, and she always treats her loses as flukes. Her pride is too big to accept defeat. She enjoys fighting, even if it's just to show off. As such, she almost never fights seriously and only does when she believes the opponent is worthy of her "great power".

Her pride mostly comes from the fact that she's an Uchiha, which is understandable to an extent. She has a hard time respecting someone, except other ANBU members. They're the only ones she openly respects and trusts. Very rarely will she be nice to someone she doesn't know. Most of the time, it's just a ruse. She is so prideful that she doesn't even seem to know her weaknesses since she thinks she doesn't have any, even though her fighting style basically screams that she's weak from up close.

Even though she's cocky and prideful, her normal behavior is fairly calm. She has a sharp tongue though and she always seems to have the right words to piss someone off. This gets her in trouble most of the time, as shown by her missing eye and her severely mangled leg, which is the result of angering Minako. She didn't learn though and she continues angering others for her own amusement.

Since she shows off often, her movements when battling are often graceful, making it seem like she's dancing. Her movements are also very fluid and she's very agile, able to make flips easily. She hates fighting without any weapons so she often avoids those kinds of fights, since she isn't very good at Taijutsu. Since her favorite weapons are her cards, she knows how to use them skillfully.

While calm and patient, it doesn't mean that she's hard to anger, any comment on her eyepatch or leg can send her into a rage since she's very touchy about those two bodyparts and with reason: it reminds her of her loss against her brother. Another thing that can anger her quickly is mocking her for her height. She hates being mocked for her height or being underestimated because of it.

She greatly dislikes her brother because of what he did to her. She hates him so much that whenever she sees him, she goes in another direction to avoid him, because she's sure that it'd end up with him dead and attacking a Konoha Ninja without reason could be very bad for her reputation and such. She could get get expelled from the ANBU or even the village itself, so she prefers avoiding him. Whenever she's on missions though, she tends to imagine that her target(s) are Minako. It's her way of venting.

Even though she respects her father, she is fiercely loyal to her village, much more than regular ninja. She knows that he did something wrong though and that he doesn't care about Konoha anymore, essentially being a traitor. However, if she had to kill him, she would, seeing as he doesn't care about his family, or anything except himself, really. She'd probably snap at him since her true feelings with him are close to ambivalence; she respects him but hates him too.

Even though she won't admit, the event that made her lose her eye tormented her and she frequently has nightmares about it, reliving the scene again and again. Those nightmares are so intense that she can feel the pain in her sleep, even in her missing eye. Therefore, she has to use sleeping pills sometimes, due to her being unable to fall asleep thanks to subconsciously being afraid of that nightmare.

Apart from that, she's not truly afraid of much. Probably death, as she has almost died multiple times. She's also an excellent liar, which goes with her being a master of illusions and such. As such, she can be a great double agent, especially since her mask can hide her true identity and she can use a simple Genjutsu to appear different and use a different name. As you probably guessed, she's very clever.

Jutsu Varieties: A very talented Genjutsu user, Chiharu is a master at deceiving enemies and trapping them in illusions. She is also skilled at using weapons, ranging from a bo staff to needles. However, her favorite and trademark weapons are small red cards with a big yellow dot in the upper right corner and her katana, of course. She usually channels chakra into the cards to make them hard and sharper than razor blades, resulting in a powerful innocent-looking weapon. She is able to channel fire into the katana to send fire waves with each slash, though it may burn her hand(s) and arm(s).

However, despite being good with weapons, including swords and such, she has terrible Taijutsu skills, though it's mainly because she is rather frail; a few hits can knock her out. Her attacking skills are actually rather impressive. Therefore, she prefers harassing her opponent from afar while confusing them. She is also very prone to using clones. Shadow Clones and Earth Clones, mainly.

Proficient in Fire Jutsu and able to use some Earth Jutsu, Chiharu's attacks tend to repel opponents while hurting them so she can harass them again with weapons. She tends to win due to her opponent becoming exhausted of chasing her around or getting tricked by one of her Genjutsu. She is very good at creating jutsu. She rarely uses Ninjutsu unless in trouble or pissed off.

Very rarely will she be overly aggressive in a normal fight, but when angered it's an entirely different girl you'll be fighting. Normally, she fights calmly and does graceful acrobatic moves while confusing her opponent from afar. However, if taunted enough or frustrated, she'll start becoming more and more reckless, but also more dangerous. She'll start taking risks and going up close. This is the perfect chance to knock her out. This is where her Genjutsu starts becoming less believable, yet still dangerous, and her Ninjutsu becomes frightening.

When her temper becomes uncontrollable, the Six-Tails' power starts emerging, causing her eyes to become golden. If her Sharingan is activated, her eyes will be bright orange. Her physical power greatly increases along with her chakra reserves. It also renders her invulnerable to Genjutsu and such techniques that fool the brain. She can use the tails, as the other Jinchurikis, though it goes up to six. It causes a huge chakra cloak to cover her body and form tails, like the other Jinchurikis. The Six-Tails' silhouette will also appear around her body as a chakra cloak after the third tail sprouts. During this, she can still control herself, but her personality changes to the point of becoming hell-bent on killing.

(The reason using Fire Jutsu hurts her is because she puts too much energy into it, causing it to be stronger but also to hurt her in the process. In regular fights she'll do that most of the time, but some attacks may leave her unscathed.)

Created Jutsu

Chiburu (One Thousand Bulls): Rarely used when not angered. Chiharu charges a Chidori-like attack, except she replaces the electricity by fire. This results in a much more powerful attack (if struck directly) and a wider blast radius at the expense of accuracy and speed. She usually to make clones to distract her target for this to hit. Furthermore, the attack often causes burns to Chiharu's hand, explaining its basically cooked state. She also tends to put too much fire, worsening the state of her hand. She can also only use it thrice a day, the third time knocking her out. It also becomes gradually weaker the more she uses it. It makes the sound of a thousand bulls stampeding.

Genjutsu: End of the World: A very frightening, though very simple, Genjutsu. Basically, it makes the target(s) think that there's a gigantic ball of fire descending upon them slowly. If they fall for it, which is improbable, it's an instant kill due to the brain's nature. Despite the dramatic name, it isn't likely to work, as it'd take around 5 minutes for the ball to strike the ground, and is mostly used as a distraction to set up stronger attacks.

Genjutsu: Nail Rain: A very effective Genjutsu and one of Chiharu's favorites. It causes her target(s) to think that a storm's coming. However, the rain is actually nails or needles, causing them to be impaled by many weapons. This tends to keep the opponent paralyzed on the ground until they disspell the illusion, creating great opportunities to finish them off.

Genjutsu: Flower Field: A strange Genjutsu, especially when you consider its most popular use, which is to calm people down. It makes the target(s) think that they are in a peaceful flower field filled with wonderful scents. That's all it does, unless Chiharu decides to modify it into the next jutsu.

Genjutsu: Death Field: Same as the above, except each flower is actually an explosive tag. Very deadly if not stopped on time.

Fire Style: Napalm Strike: Chiharu channels fire chakra in her lungs, causing a sensation similar to that of a heartburn. The more she channels, the more pain it will cause, though there's no lasting damage, unlike the Chiburu. After she has channeled it, she blows the fire into the sky, creating a blanket of flames proportionate in size to the amount of chakra she channeled in her lungs. Then, the fire descends, reducing whatever it touches to ashes.

Fire Style: Fire Cannon: Chiharu channels fire chakra in her lungs, causing a sensation similar to that of a heartburn. The more she channels, the more pain it will cause, though there's no lasting damage, unlike the Chiburu. After channeling it, she spits fireballs of different sizes at the opponent.

Fire Style: Flaming Head: A very dangerous jutsu... for Chiharu. She does the required hand signs before headbutting the opponent violently, making her head burst into flames right when she touches her opponent's own head. It won't burn her hair or eyebrows or eyepatch due to her control over it, but any slight mistake and she could die. It is only dangerous if she's not wearing her custom ANBU mask.

Hellraiser: Chiharu channels fire into her burned hand and punches the ground, causing large cracks in the ground to appear before lava-like flames burst from those cracks, burning anyone unfortunate enough to be near them. This is one of her strongest jutsus and is a mix between Earth and Fire chakra. One use is enough to make Chiharu too exhausted to move.

Earth Style: Mud Splash: A simple splash of mud to blind the opponent. Nothing more.

Earth Style: Mud Barrier: Chiharu does the required handsigns before stomping the ground. This causes mud to float around her thanks to her chakra. As long as she holds the final handsign and doesn't move, the mud will block anything (think Gaara's sand).

Earth Style: Mud Jet: Chiharu spits a powerful stream of mud at the opponent, often towards the eyes to blind them. Usually leaves her with a horrible taste in her mouth.

Fire Style: Engulf: Chiharu uses her fire chakra to make her weapons catch fire, making them deadlier. Usually causes a sharp pain to race through her entire body and may cause some smoke to come out of her nostrils if used often.

Fire Style: Blazing Dash: Chiharu channels chakra into her feet and dashes as fast as she can towards the opponent, leaving a trail of fire behind. Very powerful tackle ensues, but she's vulnerable the entire time.

Fire Style: Endless Flame of Justice: Chiharu can absorb Fire Jutsu, replenishing her chakra reserves at the expense of a powerful heartburn sensation.

Fire Style: Phoenix Ring: Chiharu makes a large and tall ring of fire around a designated area. Then, she makes it shrink very quickly, burning anything inside it.

Summoning Jutsu: Hihato­: Chiharu summons a small firey pigeon called Hihato. He's mainly used as a messenger and such. He's polite and respectful. The most used of Chiharu's three summons.

Summoning Jutsu: Hiburu: Chiharu summons a large firey bull called Hiburu. He's used to fight during difficult fights. He's rude and cocky. Used as much as the next summon.

Summoning Jutsu: Hiramu­: Chiharu summons a cute firey lamb called Hiramu. She's used for interrogation and such. She's shy and has low self-esteem. Used as much as the previous summons.
