History: Toshiyuki's parents were two great ninja. Both of them at a high rank, they were critically acclaimed in the Mist Village. His mother was an experianced Hunter Nin, completeing over 20 A-ranked missions and even a couple S-Ranked missions. His father served directly under the Fifth Mizukage Mei Terumī, and acted as both a consultant and a body guard.

Toshiyuki's father died when an assasinaton attempt was made on Mei's life. Risking himself for her safety, he sucessfully rescued her from harm. Soon after his death, there came a sudden need for a new host for the Sanbi. Toshiyuki's mother volenteered her unborn son to be the new host. Knowing that she was in the debt of her former bodyguard's family, Mei accepted the offer.

The Sanbi was sealed into Toshiyuki right after birth. Unfortunately, his mother died after childbirth because of a complication in labor. Now Toshiyuki, along with his older sister, were orphans. Feeling sympathetic towards the two children, Mei took them in as her own.

Toshiyuki grew up both honored and feared. Since he was both the host of the Sanbi and the adoptive son of the Fifth Mizukage, the villagers had mixed feelings about him.

Toshiyuki was very close to his elder sister. Even though she was 11 years his senior, she was the best friend he has ever had. When he was very young, he used to follow his sister around the village like a shadow. Everywhere she went, he went.

Toz's sister was a ninja. She was the main motivator in his life to become a ninja himself. Instead of going to an academy, Toz was trained by the Fifth Mizukage, learing all that the Ninja Academy had to offer and more. But Toz was a special case. He was the host of the Sanbi, and Mei knew that it would be dangerous for both him and others around him if he fell to the influences of the demon turtle.

Mei put him through special training, taking full advantage of his talent for water jutsu and his high chakera levels. Toz eventually became a genin, and a chinin after that a few years later. He got special attention from the Hokage, since Toz was a lot like him when he was his age.

After he became a chunin, Toz went on a quest to gain full control of the Sanbi. He traveled to an island in the Land of Lightning, where he took the tests to see if he was strong enough to control the sanbi. It took months of training to finally control the demon turtle, but with the help of the Hokage and his adoptive mother, he got through the training without killing himself.

Currently, Toz is a Hunter Ninja just like his mother was. His sister has already started a family of her own, but Toz continues to fight for her approval as a ninja. He has grown very strong, and has become a main target for the criminal orginazation Akatski. However, Toz doesn't take their threat seriously, for he is confident in his powers as a shinobi and is willing to fight anyone who wants the power of the Sanbi.

Appearance: Toshiyuki stands at about 5'9, and has a slender build. He has messy blue hair which is kept up by his headband. A big chunk of hair on his right side hangs down to his eyeline, while the left side is spiking somewhat upward. His headband is not like any other: both the cloth and metal piece is black, with the Mist signia painted a fine white. He wears strange goggles that cover his eyes as well. The lenses are big and loosly eggshaped, tilting about 105 degrees. The lenses are a yellowish color, and are surrounded by thick green framing. They are connected by a green arc and band. He has a big, cheerful smile that gives him a free-going but confident look. His face shows some maturity, but his childish and care free nature make him look younger than he really is. His face becomes serious when going into battle however, and beams with the look of determination. Of course, since he enjoys going into battle, he will crack a smile once in a while.

Toshiyuki wears simple and casual clothes, even when in the line of duty. He wears a baggy hoodie that is a dull blue, showing that it is worn. The hoodie is open, showing a top with light armor plating on the chest and torso. The sleeves also have forearm protectors that the AMBU wears. He also wears learge orange shorts and clogs. He has the holster for his sword on the back of his hoodie.

Personality: Toshiyuki, or Toz as his friends call him, is an overall laid back and goofy guy. He is cheerful, happy, and likes to joke around with other people. He tends to make smart remarks and crack a joke or two, usually sugesting that the current situation shouldn't be taken seriously. His laid back nature gives him a calm and almost fearless sence of living, never really taking anything seriously unless it is a significant matter. He does have a serious side to him however, which usually surfaces when a situation is grave or when a comrade is in danger. But he enjoys fighting and gets a kick out of it, getting more exiting as the battle becomes more intense.

Jutsu Varieties: Toshiyuki, being the Sanbi's host, is an expert at water jutsu. Because both his natural nature and the Sanbi's natural nature is water, his water attacks are very powerful. Thanks to the Sanbi, Toshiyuki has gained the ability to generate large amounts of water without any liquid around him. This special ability makes him a devistating fighter on the battlefeild alone, and he can stand his own against multiple enemies at a time. While he knows a plethera of water jutsu, his favorites are Water Clones, Water Dragon Projectile, and Water Collision Destruction. HIs signature move is the Grand Water Drill technique, which requires a lot of charkera and a lot of water.

Along with water jutsu, Toshiyuki is also a gifted swordsman. He weilds the unique Gurētotātoru Blade, a sword that takes advantage of the Sanbi's chakera. the sword is about 4'7, and is made up of a hard but rather scaley material. The blade and hilt is dark green in color, and is said to be made from the Sanbi's shell. The blade is 4 feet and has a perticular shape. Sharp edges cover one side of the blade like a saw, each edge two and a half inches long and curve upwards. The edges stop about 3'8 up the blade, where the curved tip is. The other side of the blade is completely straight.

Toshiyuki knows how to weild this blade with great affect. Stronger gthan the average blade, the sword radiates of the Sanbi's chakera, which gives it its power. Toshiyuki takes advantage of this ability in multiple ways. He can control the chakera in the blade so that it can cut through not onlya person's flesh, but also their chakera. Another technique includes focusing the chakera into the edges of the blade, making the edges vibrate violently, adding to the swords destructive power. Toshiyuki can also transfer more of the Sanbi's chakera to the blade, allowing it to grow even stronger. He also includes the sword in many of his water techniques.

After much gruesome training, Toshiyuki gained complete control of the Sanbi. When Toshiyuki became strong enough, he traveled to a remote island in the Land of Lightning to take control of the Sanbi. After defeating him in battle, Toshiyuki gained acess to all of his bijuu's power. Toshiyuki, like most Jinchuuriki who gained control of their bijuu, can transform into Jinchūriki Forms 1-3. These forms are very strong, surrounding him in chakera that resembles the Sanbi. The third state completely resembles the Sanbi, giving him all of the powers the Three Tailed Turtle has. He can also transform seprate body parts to resemble the Sanbi at will, like his arms or back. This acts as affective defensive and offensive technique.

It's actually quite amazing of how quickly the Hosts are being taken.

Thanks for accepting. I had an idea for the host for the Seven Tailed Beetle as well. She could become a romanitc interest for someone if anyone is interested...

I just want an approval to make her first (Even though I just started working on her XD).

Oh, don't worry about that, Zuke. I understand that. As long as you don't go to those annoying one or two liners, I'm fine.

I may make another character just so we can have a slight array of different characters. Maybe someone from Iwagakure or Kirigakure. I'm also trying to think up a new Kekkei Genkai. Just let my brain think something up.
I'm also adding in two more categories for the signup sheet just to allow those with different classifications or Kekkei Genkai to add them in without placing them in a category that causes confusion.

Hey Ice, is it okay if I make a Kekka Genkai that is like a Sealing Jutsu, and they can put what they sealed into some one. Like I seal a pwerful spirit of a demon, then I can put it in someone. I will make my self be able to do once every week, and everytime the character does it, they go unconcious.

Naw.
Sure, that's a somewhat good idea, but characters can just simply use a Fuinjutsu for sealing something. Making a Kekkei Genkai for it just complicates things.

Also, for your Akatsuki person, they can't be a Jinchuuriki. Because the Akatsuki's whole point of existence is to capture and then seal the Bijuu. So making a Akatsuki host would complicate so many things.

Oh. Well then I will just make it one of their jutsus, and think up a different Kekka Genkai. If only Kimimaro's clan didn't wipe off the face of the planet.

Also, for your Akatsuki person, they can't be a Jinchuuriki. Because the Akatsuki's whole point of existence is to capture and then seal the Bijuu. So making a Akatsuki host would complicate so many things.

Unless it was the host for the Nine Tailed Fox. The Ten Tailed demon is formed whenthe nine Bijuu form through the Nine Tailed Fox. They said this because Naruto is going to get the Ten Tails at the end of the story to fight Saskue, who has Madara's/Tobi's eyes.

At least, that is my prediction...

Well, that's a whole other story. Any Akatsuki member isn't supposed to be a Jinchuuriki of any of the other nine Bijuu. The Juubi doesn't count. And Naruto doesn't count either seeing as he isn't and won't be a member of the Akatsuki.

Anyway, Carlissa, you still need to either
A) Finish that new character of yours that I cannot make a romance with since I'm making some yummy Yaoi with Gan and Tadashii way later in the RP.
Or B) Make Toz's intro.

Or, after Orochimaru's death Konoha (Or another village) found DNA of Kimimaru and other people of his clan and decided to make clones/sperm of them, recreating the clan. That's what I did in an RP.

I'm working on the character right now. I was planning to intriduce Toz and her together, or if you want I could introduce her with your character, since you said that you were going to introduce him later... And the teo of them could have a little secret that A. could be interested in
