I have another question...and a proposition.

So in the Fifth gen, there are pokemon you can get in the Dream World, that have alternate abilities to the ones they normally have. Since Fifth gen isn't out yet, and we're not completely sure on the mechanics...blah blah...this is still something to consider for its arrival.

So, example:

Bulbasaur - Overgrow.
Dream World Bulbasaur can come with Chlorophyll.

I'm wondering, especially for people who already have abilities set, to have some sort of...Ability Wizard...(with a better name), somewhere in Furoh, who can switch a Pokemon's active ability with its dormant one. Sort of a one time only deal? Maybe there are more guidelines?

I'm not quite sure where I was going with this, but I thought it'd be a good thing to look at for the future.

Because if they are, can they be added properly to the Starter Pokemon page and the Safari zone?

Of course, it is up to you and all. Most people on Serebii and PJN are sure they're the real deal. I was just basically letting you know if you were not aware.

We are, in fact, not sure. There are several names on that list that seem out of character for Nintendo America to assign. This is an image that was obviously edited, and none of the trusted pokemon news sites have confirmed it. Until we receive such confirmation, these names will not be assigned to the PANE or Uprising pokemon.

Quick Question:

Is it okay for a pokemon to have an oddity, such as spiky-eared Pichu and such? (Nothing major and DEFINITLY (SP?*) not shiny, but small like a Mankey with no tail, a cyndaquil/skitty with open eyes, ect.)

Yeah, within reason. As long as it's not that spiky-eared Pichu, abnormalities are perfectly okay.

... I feel weird posting two questions in a row.

Anyways, my character (and others, of course) are headed for the safari zone. I was wondering; can you find the starters/Zorua there along with other English named pokemon? Or is it only the non starters (and Zorua XD).

Anything with English names. You still have to make capture requests though.

As far as I am aware of the current Unova captures situation I can't help but wonder.

Say, we have a Pokemon without an English name. Lets say... Yoterri. I know we aren't able to capture one of those yet but what if it was a Yoterri Egg that wouldn't hatch until it actually got it's English name? The character would also be completely oblivious as to what would hatch from the egg.

I have a feeling that the answer is no but hey, someone has to ask the stupid questions, right?

Here's another question, I've checked the already answered questions topic but didn't find this there.

So, Eevee evolves into Glaceon and Leafeon with the Ice Rock and Moss Rock, respectively. There are bound to be some of those rocks in Furoh, I believe but where are they found? I would presume that the Ice Rock is found at the peak of Mt Carello and that the Moss Rock is found in Fidona but is it possible to be, like, a Moss Rock in the rain forest next to Mt Carello?

I have a feeling this has been answered already but my search revealed nothing so yeah, sorry if it was actually asked and I missed it.

We're treating those like happiness evolutions. All you need is mod permission, no rock required. That being said, feel free to be creative on how that evolution is obtained (with mod permission).

Two more questions (They keep on comin'. )

So, I've read that some evolution items are rarer (Magmarizer, etc) and others even more rare (Dubious Disk). I'm assuming that for the first there is no need for mod approval since it could be bought but what about the other? Would that require approval?

And second question (pretty stupid one but whatever). While PCs can't own underleveled Pokemon what about (one-time) NPCs? Like, a level 21 Persian? Or would the evolution mean that it's automatically at level 28?

We don't have rules on item rarity. So long as it makes sense, you can obtain it. For dubious disks, due to the odd transformation of porygon2, many people may not want to upgrade (think of the Windows Vista from a few years back). They might be found in a junk yard somewhere.

That being said, any evolution that is not obtained through level up requires mod permission. No level 3 weaviles!

Since people rarely mention levels of NPC pokemon, I don't see how I would even know if it were underleveled. There was a Team Rouge RP depicting underleveled evolutions, but they were experiments and thus severely weakened as a result. In other words, it's not out of the question.

Hello everyone
I have three questions

1. When you abandon a previous character and start a new profile are you able to inherit the levels from that character? Sorry for the silly question but I was reading Tyson Elwadine's (Tekno)'s current level and saw he inherited levels.

2. When in an RP like I am right now Ranch Sitters. If I have posted once and I already have a Capture Request done for that RP and the other RPérs have more posts then me can my character come into the story later on or would it be better off leaving it out on this one?

3. With Shadow pokemon, you need moderator consent but how does one earn the right to get the consent from the moderator?
