I personally like fire types, but they're not very useful in battles, especially the pure fire types. Dual-types are definitely the best, and I really like water/ground like Swampert/Quagsire because of their resistance to electricity.
Dark is also pretty useful and I like Dragon because of their effectiveness against so many types. |

Above is exactly what I think. My sister had left her account logged in and I was supposed to make that topic...whoops.

Water types because they're very common. The same also goes with Normal because they have little weaknesses and no resistances. This doesn't hint me liking though.

I don't know why but I'm always drawn to Fire types xD
All the Pokemon games I've played, I've always started out with the Fire Starter (Charmander, Cyndaquil, Tochic, etc) -------------------- |

Well, I can't really decide between my favorite types... which are Fire, Water, Electric, Ice, Dark and Dragon. ._.'
But since Houndoom is my top-3rd favorite Pokémon, I'll just say Fire/Dark. Electric/Water is fun, too. It's hilarious imagining a Chinchou in a water battle, then unleashing a Thunderbolt and sizzling whoever was dumb enough to follow it. XD -------------------- |

I won't lie, I've been a fire fan ever since I first heard of pokemon from the KFC promotional when I was a kid. and got the Vulpix pushie. Dark is a second sice they are immune to Psychics, which was the most powerful type during the first gen.

I don't know if they'd do steel/ghost because how can a ghost be made of steel? O_O
I've had the fire starter in every game too, except in 3rd Gen where I picked Mudkip. This post has been edited by kitokatmh: Jul 5 2010, 04:23 PM -------------------- |

QUOTE I really like water/ground like Swampert/Quagsire because of their resistance to electricity. YES. C: If there should be a Pokemon gym based on my preferences, I would use only Water/Ground Pokemon such as Swampert, Marshtomp, Quagsire, and Gastrodon! XD I personally like dark moves, but water and ground are still my faves! -------------------- |

I was thinking it would be something like a possessed suit of armor. That would be cool too because I think Defense > Attack. lol Zelda anyone? (click to show )
