At the start of the new year, many people make resolutions for things to do that, for the most part I'd imagine, they never follow through with.

Here, however, we're going to help you change that - by giving you a whole list of things to plan to do this new year on GPXPlus - new achievements!

Starting now, you'll have a whole list of achievements you can unlock, for which you get rewards, that are also displayed in your profile. There's a link on the party page to access them, or from here: http://gpxplus.net/achievements

There are currently 54 of them, though we'll more than likely be adding more in the future (and please don't flood the forums with suggestions, we're more than capable of coming up with them ourselves). If you meet the requirements for an achievement, simply click the link on the page to unlock any for which you're eligible. You're limited to five checks per day, so that people won't just sit there spamming the link over and over throughout the day.

Also, there are two new (temporary) account upgrades that are given out by the achievements.

Some questions I expect people to ask:

- Are they retroactive?
Yes and no. Anything permanent (dex data, ongoing stats, etc.) are, however temporary ones (clicks today, pokemon in your party, etc.) are not.

- What are the rewards?
Find out yourself!

Frequently Asked Questions (READ)

• Achievements are not given automatically, you must visit the Achievements page yourself and click the update link at the top!
• For ones that require a certain combination of Pokémon in your Party, you must have them in your Party when you click the update link. Also, they must be the exact Pokémon mentioned (no eggs/evolutions).
• To complete a certain dex, you must have every form of all the Pokémon introduced from that generation (all Unown, Burmy forms, both Shellos, etc). It doesn't just mean ones from that region.
• As it says above, some are retroactive! What that means is that for ones the site already has data on (what Pokémon are in your Dex, some stats, etc), you won't have to start from scratch to obtain them.

One small error with the OCD achievement: Zergoose doesn't change forms unless theres an update for it

I clicked it to check it out and the Corrupter achievement unlocked though I've never corrupted an egg before or even found a corruption orb for that matter.

Love the update XD I have finished most of some of those though T^T and it says I haven't. I guess that will change but woot new update~

Also, I got the corruptor achievement but I never corrupted anything, let alone found the orb. Bug perhaps?

Most awesome update in... well, a few weeks. But very awesome nonetheless.

(However, I'm not sure what I'm missing to not have the Hoenn and Sinnoh Master achievements unlocked - it doesn't include Legendaries, right...?)

It just means you need to have collected a Zergoose along with all the forms of the other 2.
