HELLO THERE. I, PROFESSOR OAK, have made a terrible mistake. While mixing sugar, spice, and everything nice in an attempt to create the perfect little girls, I accidentally added CHEMICAL X! And thus the power puff girls were born! using their super powers...

Oh oops wrong terrible mistake. This is the other terrible mistake. Well see, A LITTLE LESS THAN TWENTY YEARS AGO, I've no mind for details, you see, I was trying to create the perfect hybrid pokemon: stronger, faster, more fluffy and pet-able -- but! I dropped a test tube and accidentally cut myself trying to pick the pieces out of the dishes. I bled all over the experiment because I am clumsy and don't put any forethought into this sort of thing, and all the results came out mostly human with some pokemon pieces. OOPS. I did the only thing I could and adopted them out to human parents so I could continue to do other IMPORTANT SCIENCE and because I am generally very absent minded and neglectful as a father. SOME PEOPLE LIKED THEM, and asked me to continue making CUSTOM GIJINKA CHILDREN on request, so I did, because I am COMPLETELY WITHOUT A CONCEPT OF ETHICAL BEHAVIOR. I think at this point it is prudent to let THE NARRATOR do some explaining.

YOU are gijinka raised by human parents, you are younger than 19 because the oldest a Gijinka from this experiment could possibly be is like 18 and a half. YOU do not really feel at all like a pokemon. You go to a generic high school with a few other gijinka and a bunch of normal human teens. For all practical purposes you are a normal average DORK who gets made fun of at school and has a hard time getting dates, unless you are a COOL KID. If you are a COOL KID, disregard that DORK business, because you are TOO COOL to be dorky and probably SMOKE IN THE BATHROOM AT LUNCH. You might even have pokemon companions. You are nice to them, unless you are a SERIOUS JERK. Do you have powers? I dunno, do you? You probably don't, and if you do, they're probably only marginally helpful. You might want to be in a band, and you might play an instrument. You have a variety of interests.

Bio: Mallory is sixteen and lives with her parents Darren and Indiana Burton, who had her engineered using both their DNA and that of a HOUNDOOM because they are UNFORGIVABLY GOTHY and are COMPLETELY WITHOUT A CONCEPT OF ETHICAL BEHAVIOR. She has long, straight black hair, is taller than average with a thin and somewhat flat figure, and has tiny curved horns which most people find makes her less attractive, but she doesn't care since she is TOO COOL and has a somewhat cute face anyway. Despite how totally awesome she seems to be now, she had a horribly awkward DORK PHASE for most of elementary and middle school which she does not like to talk about. She is UNREASONABLY EMBARRASSED if it is mentioned. She has a younger brother, Steve, who is eight and an unaltered human. Through her BAD HABITS, she has accidentally taught Steve swearwords the other kids don't know and made him THE COOLEST KID IN CLASS. Darren and Indiana are slightly over-permissive and so she gets away with going to too many parties and slacking on her homework, and as a result is a C student. She is a COOL KID and probably SMOKES IN THE BATHROOM AT LUNCH. Her pet peeves are bigger jerks than her and people who pick their noses in public. Her last band broke up over RELATIONSHIP DRAMA between the lead singer and the drummer, so she is now in search of a new one.

Bio: She looks like a human...with Luxray....stuff. She is one of the not cool, but not dorky people known as "bookworms" and "nerds." She only hangs around with other cat-like or dog-like Gijinkas, who are also mildly nerdy. Her Psyduck likes to pop out at random times, getting her frustrated. She is usually rather calm, but can be reckless at times.
Have you got any pokemon powers: Yes, can control electricity...but isn't very powerful with it (Spark). Can also charge up the electricity a bit (Charge).

Do you have pokemon: The extremely hyperactive furret brothers known as CEILINGCAT and BASEMENTCAT. Or just Ciel and Base for short.

Bio: Frida is mostly normal. She is fifteen, about 190 cm tall and have a slightly muscular build. She dress in comfortable clothes like t-shirts and baggy jeans, and dont give a crap about what other people thinks about it. Is naturally pale and has a mild case of freckles(which she hates). Has short, dirty blond bedhead-ish hair with darker streaks in it. Oh, and did i mention that she keeps her hair messy on purpose in a failed attempt to hide the TINY HORNS ON HER FOREHEAD?
Frida used to live on a farm. And because mr and mrs Hoover completely lacks imagination but have a lot of the thing called "bad sense of humor", they actually thought it would be funny to have a kid who was part tauros. What they didnt think about was the fact that tauros has a FEMALE COUNTERPART, and all they ended up with was Frida the miltank. But a minor detail like that clearly didnt stop them from turning into a total tomboy, and as a result, Frida is a fan of extreme sports rather than shopping and she never really got along with the girls. The only things she actually really enjoys is music that is not rap(she tarted playing drums when they moved from the farm when she was eight), videogames and sports, but she got banned from both physical education and the football club when her habit of headbutting her opponents surfaced. Drums isnt really anything available in school, so she just spends her in-school spare time reading(despite that her grades sucks). She is actually a sweet and very patient kid, but is quiet most of the time and before she trashed one of the COOL KIDS in s fight, she was stamped as an AVERAGE DORK: now most people tends to leave her alone and both her EXTREME HOBBIES and SERIOUS DRUMMING SKILLS remain unknown. But being the total tomboy that is her, she dont give a crap. Has large black spots on her back and is lactose intolerant.

Have you got any pokemon powers: Frida is quite... thick-headed. Literally. Dont let her headbutt you. She also enoys the heat-and-cold protecton that comes with miltanks ability "thick fat". Even though she´s not actually fat at all.

Bio: Kuroi looks like a normal teenage girl, except her hair is white and her whole body is black. She wears only black clothes, too. Her eyes shine lightblue. Oh well, she doesn't ONLY wear black, but only a red scarf.
You probobly guessed it already, she's a darkrai gijinka.
Well anyway, she is rather calm and distand, deosn't talk much and can be agressive. She curses a lot if she ever talks. That is because she was always bullied by other children as a child.
She lived with a small family in a big city and is now on her own, she's seventeen by the way.

Do you have pokemon: She has a Sunflora and a Smoochum. The Sunflora is named Franz, and it likes to make a face like The Screaming Man. The Smoochum's name is Joseph Stalin. It likes to make out with the mailman.

Bio: Sashenka is a Sneasel gijinka, with two extremely noticeable pink ears, and claws. She has really short bluish-black hair, and has a very plump face. She is totally insane. Totally. Her idol is Mussolini, which can NOT end well. She thinks that she can become dictator of the universe when she's older, and she wants to kill all the men in the world. So she kind of already hates males for no apparent reason. Sashenka dresses like a dictator already, and even has the cutest little hat! .gif Also, her pants are poofy. Just pointing that out. She'll randomly start screaming at someone for no reason, and gets aggravated really easily. Because she's so mentally insane, others try to ignore her, but with little success. She's an attention hog.
Have you got any pokemon powers: She can freeze things with her mind! But she can only freeze objects, so it's rather pointless.

Her moveset is: ERUPTION, FIRE BLAST, OVERHEAT, BLAST BURN, FLARE BLITZ, GIGA IMPACT, THUNDERPUNCH, SOLARBEAM, SUNNY DAY, PROTECT. Cin has TEN MOVES because she feels she is TOO COOL to have just four. She also looks like THIS:

She's wearing a BLAST BANGLE; it lets her absorb WATER-TYPE ATTACKS and regenerate HEALTH instead.

Bio: MYA is very TIMID. She is a NERD. She is a STRAIT A STUDENT who enrolls in the HIGH CAPABILITY CLASSES. She is scared of everything except for BUGS and INSECTS and SPIDERS. She has a very QUIET VOICE. You'd have to put your EARS to her FACE just to HEAR HER. She cries - A LOT. She has NO friends. Except for her TYPHLOSION named CIN who is TOO COOL to be kind to her OWNER. Mya loves to swim. BEWARE!!!!!! Do NOT hang out with Mya in the FOREST or on the BEACH or at the PARK. SHE WILL GO NUTS!!! The WILD makes her go PSYCHO and RAMPAGE WITH EXCITEMENT. Her foster parents FORBID PLANTS because she goes CRAZY OVER NATURE. HER SINGING VOICE CAN CRACK YOUR SKULL OPEN. IT'S THAT BAD. AND SHE SINGS WHEN SURROUNDED BY NATURE. CIN HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL ONCE. That is why she plays the so awesome TRIANGLE in BAND rather than SING in CHOIR. This is what she looks like:

Except she has VERY long hair, and she wears a PURE WHITE ROBE. There is also no LUGIA in the background. She does NOT own a LUGIA. She is also 14.

She can also MILDLY control moisture in the air, creating her very own, RAIN CLOUDS. She has MILD TELEPATHY with other POKEMON, including CIN. She can also RECOVER from being ATTACKED quite swiftly.

*Instrument: Though she isn't in a band, she can play a wide and eclectic variety of instruments due to her faculty position and love of music. She plays the violin, piano/electric keyboard, electric organ, recorder, harmonica, concertina, and acoustic guitar. ~Warning~: due to the fact that she is still currently/never finished teaching herself how to play these instruments, you do ~not~ want to hear her attempt to play the guitar or concertina. Especially not the concertina. (DORK + squeezebox variety instrument + very little training = omgmakeitstooooop)
Do you have pokemon: A female Chatot named Melinda, a male Roserade named Mondegreen, a female Exploud named Aria, and a Baltoy named Elgan. Her pokemon are also musically/artistically inclined and sometimes help Miss Geeps out in class when they're out of their pokeballs. Melinda the Chatot is rather good at playing the piano despite having wings and uses her swishing feathers to act as a living metronome during lessons. Aria the Exploud considers herself an opera diva and uses her whistling tones to act as a living pitch pipe during lessons. Mondegreen the Roserade loves to sing whenever music is playing but apparently everyone who somehow understands pokemon language says that while he has a good singing voice he's always messing up the words. Elgan the Baltoy constantly dances whether or not there's music being played- the same reeling, circular dance over and over.
Bio: She's a 29-year-old (for the first time around) ADULT in a FACULTY POSITION who loves music with an intense passion and is considered to be just a grown-up version of a normal, average DORK by STUDENTS and THE OTHER TEACHERS. Because she's a DORK who always wears purple and tucks the long bangs of her short blond hair into the earpieces of her metal half-frame glasses, she's single and often has a hard time getting a date. Aside from the impact it has on her chances of getting dates and eventually getting MARRIED, she doesn't really care much about looking and acting like a DORK. She has pokemon companions, and is so nice to them that some people find it nauseating. Having just moved here from another city and a similar teaching position at a school where there aren't any gijinka STUDENTS, she adores all the gijinka STUDENTS she teaches and tends to dote on them no matter what their personal problems are, unless she has to send them to DETENTION. Even though she puts COOL KIDS in DETENTION for breaking rules such as fighting on campus and SMOKING IN THE BATHROOM AT LUNCH, she's on good terms with some STUDENTS, and might casually TALK TO YOU AFTER CLASS SOMETIMES- especially if the topic has anything to do with music. The COOL KIDS commonly refer to her as "Miss Geeks" behind her back because they are probably JERKS and find it hard to believe that she's actually related to the ultracool Woody Geeps, lead guitarist of the superpopular punk rock band Starving Beldums. She also smokes when extremely stressed, but has never been caught SMOKING IN THE BATHROOM AT LUNCH because she always waits until DETENTION to do it.

FACTIONS will eventually exist in this school, and are a cross between a high school clique and an ADVENTURING PARTY, because eventually there might be REASONS TO GO ON ADVENTURES. As FACTIONS are assembled, I will make spoiler tabs labeled with the working name for the FACTION and containing the current members of it.

@.@ Am i being unclear? I'm sorry, I'll try to come up with clear objectives when I introduce new enviornments or events and put them in parentheses below the "flavor text". For now to get things moving again, I'll be completely clear on the current objectives. Whenever you have downtime like right now, your objectives are to make friends, enemies, and rivals; generally interact with each-other and figure out your strengths, weaknesses, and goals so that later, when HOSTILE INDIVIDUALS appear, you know who has your back and who to keep an eye on. You can also toss in your own personal objectives, such as Mallory's objective to replace her ACOUSTIC GUITAR, whenever you see an opening to do so. For example, right now if you want your character to have a huge vendetta against TEAM ROCKET, you could throw in a personal objective by saying that you'd left a pokemon (in their ball of course) or something outlandishly valuable to the character in the school at the time of it's collapse, or that an NPC friend got crushed in there.

Furthermore, I feel maybe I should point something out that may not have been entirely obvious to everyone. Some words are in caps just for giggles, because I thought it was funny at the time. Others, however, are in caps because they at some point become a major plot point or are important to the plot later. You might already have noticed that a few in particular get repeated a lot- a few of the players have even followed suit and included specific plot-important phrases in caps in their posts. (maybe intentionally, maybe accidentally. Either way, it was awesome for me to see.)

Anyhoo- sorry I was unclear about what we were supposed to be doing at times and now that we've got objectives, rolaplay!
