These rules are the offical Pokemon Tortament Rules
Banned Pokemon:Mew, Celiebi, Jirachi, Deoxyes, Shamin, Arcesus, Darkari and eggs Other: Wobbuffet w/ Leftovers No Two Pokemon of same species. EX: Charizard and Charizard Banned, Charizar and Charmander Allowed Similar Items No two Pokemon can hold the same item Hacked Pokemon are also banned Move rules; Destiny bond User Wins, Explosion Double battle User wins, Single battle User loses, Perish song User loses If You want to use these rules in battle type OFFICAL POKEMON --------------------     SP@RE Come join the game! /vXv\ |

i'm sorry for u, but banned pokemon are this:
- Mewtwo - Mew - Ho-Oh - Lugia - Celebi - Kyogre - Groudon - Deoxys (All forms) - Jirachi - Rayquaza - Wobbufet - Wynaut - Latias (with or without Soul Dew) - Latios (with or without Soul Dew) - Dialga - Palkia - Giratina - Shaymin - Arceus - Darkrai -------------------- |

And they are ubers (and banned if the rule is enabled) because they have higher stats than normal pokemon. For example, Kyogre is an uber because it can attack, but his defenses and HP are high too. Cresselia is not an uber because it can take hits, but that's all, just takes hits. Zapdos isn't uber because it has high sp.attack but his defenses are poor. Groudon is Uber because it has a more than normal attack (more than 430...) and high defense and HP, so it's able to make and take hits. I hope u have understood the difference between uber and not... :S -------------------- |

CCM is right. the event pokemon bveing banned thing is stupid, because you can catch groudon, rayquazza, palkia, kyogre, mewtwo and many others without receieving either an event item or the pokemon itself, plus as much as I dont like it, wobbufet needs to be kept uber and not allowed, coz it is just not fair to use in a decent battle, it is largely predicatablee what it will do, and can do far too much damage without having to be trained amazingly, or even properly... altho that does help...
long and short of it is, that CCM is correct as far as I am aware.. and ill leave that there.. K peace -------------------- Battle rules I abide by:
No ubers, item clause(full), sleep clause, evasion/accuracy clause, species clause, no 1HKOs. i would prefer not to have any items that conflict with clauses, such as brightpowder. If quick claw is being used, i want to know, so i can use it as well, but prefer not to. double or single, just choose, and expect me to ask for a battle of the other afterwards. Always happy to rematch, rematch means same line-up. Another battle is also always good, and that means the line-up changes. sry for being so picky. Who's laughing now? PUNK! |

Ubers are what's banned. Ubers are not pokemon not available in DP, they are of an above-OU tier.
