Hometown:She was born in Celadon,but when her mother died she moved to Furoh to the town of Fidona.

Appearence:
People say she is a mirror image of her mother.She is 4'9''(which is short for her age)and weighs 87 pounds. Lucy has long blond hair which she keeps in one long braid down her back. Lucy has sparkling,bright blue eyes,she also has bright green glasses which she doesn't wear often. Lucy is slightly tan from working on a pokemon day care center. She is always wearing a brown with blue pokadots shirt and blue shorts that have been ripped at the
ends.She is never seen without her blue headband. She always wears running shoes.

Personality:
Lucy is very happy-go-lucky despite her mother being dead. Lucy is what teachers call quirky,but she very bright and kind. She does not have a temper but can be very impatient. She loves working on her grandparents day care center and always willing to help them out. Lucy does not like to lose battles and when she does,look out. She adores water types and will never let anyone hurt one. Her lifelong dream is to be a Master Breeder.
Her mother was a great breeder who is Lucy's idol,she traveled lands for rare pokemon to breed. She died in a tragic accident.

History:
When Lucy was born,her mother was suffering from a terrible sickness,and shortly died after Lucy's birth.All Lucy remembers about her mother is her name was Teresa.Her father could not take care of Lucy very well. So Lucy was sent to live with her grandparents who own the daycare center in Furoh.She moved to Furoh when she 8 years old.Her
grandparents treated her very well. Lucy loved taking care of the pokemon on the day care. She was the one who contacted the owners of the pokemon with a update on how they are doing. She has seen her grandparents handle the pokemon eggs but never got to hold one.

Since Lucy is short for her age, so her grandparents made her wait another two years to start her pokemon adventure.
Lucy thought her grandparents were a little too over protective, they never let her explore the island. She was friends with Maxy Z!,the gym leader because of her fondness of water pokemon.
