That Milotic is indeed a Milotic, and there's nothing wrong or off about that behavior, it's part of the character to fluster Gyarados at every opportunity ever.

I don't know why people are all "wtf Milotic is a GUY?!" for, we where told that in his introduction, weren't we?
anyway, I wonder what he meant with "both times" for some reason it sounds kinky to me  and I read Sharpedos reaction as being broken hearted. aww it's going to be a gyara/pedo (notice which name goes first) ship, isn't it?
