Appearance: Long shaggy, luscious brown hair. She has shiny hazel eyes, delicate soft peachy skin features, she is very small 4''11 , and she wears Two red long ribbons in her hair, and and she wears a long red scarf. Short cowboy shorts, and a white coat with red stripes. She is always smiling, and her cheeks are always pink. She has not skiny, but not fat arms and legs. She has a small nose, and little fingers.

Personality: She is kind, and gentle. She always has her care package in her back pack for anyone in need of it. She also always carries every type of antidote in her bag in case of an emergency. She is also terribly shy, she just can't help it! She has a bit of a dark side when people beat her in a battle, which is hardly ever! She gets sad when people yell angrily and forcefully. She is always bashful, when meeting new people. She has a slight tendency to glare at people if they make fun of her, or gloat.

Biography: When she was three years old, she went outside and saw a poor Plusle outside hurt by a bunch of poison stings from a wild Cacnea, so she when outside and nurtured it back to health. But she soon discovered that every day Minun would come and visit Plusle every single day, then one day, she decided the two should no longer be apart. When she was six her mother got terribly ill with the flu. And sadly her father was so traumatized from the death, he had killed himself. After her mother and father died, she was sent to her grandmother, a kind old woman with only a Mr. Mime and her baby, to take care of the woman. Lilly looked up to her grandmother loving her deeply. When she was seven her grandmother became very ill with the measles, she knew it was time for her to go soon. She sent for Mr. Mime to get something out of her shed. Lilly stayed right by her grandmothers side. Then Mr. Mime came back with a green egg, with what looked like a painted on flower. Mr. Mime gave the egg to the child and walked away. Her grandmother died, and Lilly stayed by her side. Now she lives with awful, foster parents, who make her work work work, and don't even care if she ever got hurt.

Plusles and Minuns don't have Sturdy and Cute Charm as abilities. "Kind" is not a nature. Thunder and Thunderbolt are grossly overpowered.

What happened to her parents? How did her grandmother die? Didn't she have any relatives? What makes the foster parents so awful?

The appearance and personality could stand to be longer, as well.
