You may submit your entries now. How? On the dressup page, there is a checkbox above the Save button for submitting it as your contest entry. Unlike last time, you will not necessarily have to redo your dressup, thanks to the recent update where dressups now recreate themselves for you. However, you still have to go to this page to re-save and submit it.

A few rules that will be enforced on the code-side of things:

1. You may only submit Generation 5 Pokémon; that means Generation 1-4 and Novelty Pokémon aren't allowed.
2. You must use at least 3 items in the dress up
3. The Pokémon must be in your Party or PC in order to submit it as an entry
4. You must also not completely cover your Pokemon up! We must be able to tell what Pokemon it is.

Upon submission, your entry will be marked as pending. It will then go through a screening process before being completely approved. Your entry will be denied if it breaks one of the above 3 rules (shouldn't be able to submit it if it does, though), is inappropriate in some way or if you've dressed it up in such a way that you can't even see the Pokémon (completely hiding it behind item(s)). If it's denied, a comment will be left telling you why. Will you be able to submit another if denied? No, so be careful with what you submit. Submissions will close at the end of server time's Sunday

You are not allowed to tell/show anyone what your dressup is or do anything that would be considered asking for votes! Doing so will completely disqualify you.


The Accessory section of the shop will have double the inventory during this weekend too, if you want to hold off on submitting!

Update:

The first dressup contest we had in January 2010 there were ~1500 submissions.

The second contest we had in December 2010 there were ~2100 submissions.

For the current contest there's only a little over 1000 submissions so far. Because of this, I'm going to let submissions stay open Monday as well.

Just so you all know, the majority of the prizes will be prize points.
