I remember when novelties were actually hard to get! But now do you think they are hard to get? I see 1 or more in the shelter each day! I think they are starting to become a bit common now.

Really? I've never seen one in the Shelter and, needless to say, I've never owned one.
 ; I did find a Phione egg in the shelter today, though. That's a Legendary, right?

It's still cute. xD; The anti-hoarding measures make me happy. I never have any luck getting rarer stuff. Except Togepi eggs. I'm still working on getting a shiny. The new PC release feature probably has something to do with it, too. Some people probably had a bunch sitting in a PC box waiting to be released but were to lazy/couldn't be bothered to do it. The new feature though, makes it quick and easy.

They still get taken as quick I missed a Bidofo egg last night then bred one and picked stupid Bidoof egg instead I have never been so annoyed. I missed a Winter Vulpix egg and a Dracowymsey egg earlyer today. I am glad about the restrictions on them now mite make them a bit easyer to get.

the only novelty i've seen in the shelter since the anti-hoarding measures were added was an easter buneary egg(which hatched shiny, dude, i was jumping up and down for hours).
but as time passes more and more will pop up in the shelter really, because people wont stop breeding them. and whoever has a certain ammount of them already wont be able to pick them up anymore

I still don't see them very often in the shelter, even when I am refreshing for long periods of time. They're still fairly difficult to get.

I cannot say if there's any difference between now and before since I can't use the Shelter right now (my old Laptop crashes whenever I visit the Shelter so I have to wait until I can get it repaired or until I can get new Laptop) but when I still stalked the Shelter before the new limitations appeared I found it not too hard to find Novelties, apart from Slime Slugma and Crystal Onix that I saw often but never were able to adopt. For me it's not a bad thing that many people can get them though, they still aren't too common and you still have to work for them by spending time in the Shelter so everything's completely fine for me.

I have only seen a MissingNo. since the new hoarder updates, even in total shelter explosions... :/ And I don't possess many novelties myself... Blagh, it's probably me not shelter stalking enough.

Piece of cake to get the different Novelties "nowadays".

i haven't seen too many novelties in the shelter... i've only seen 2 easter buneary eggs, 1 crystal onix egg, and 1 zergoose egg... but i've currently seen a lot of people with Dracowymsy.

When I joined, there weren't many Novelties... I can only think of four (Easter Buneary, Crystal Onix, Dracowymsy, Zergoose), so they were relatively rare.

I can't say I've noticed anything, but I basically tune out the 'common' novelties like EB's and Slime Slugmas (at least, I see them all the time), and I haven't stalked the shelter for long recently since the only novelties I still need are Bulba & Squirtle Clones, Remorage, and Pokii. I never see the clones or Pokii, and every time I see a Rage I miss it :I
Though I did notice how basically after the Dress-Up Contest, Dracowymsies were EVERYWHERE. Zergooses and E-buns are very easy to find. I could put my zergooses in the daycare and inside of a few days they'd have produced like four zergooses. If I ever decided to shiny hunt zergs or buns, I could just use my own daycare pokemon for it.

Currently breeding winter vulpix and summer swinub. Currently hunting a male shelderboy. |

Well, I mean when I see them, I see A LOT of them.
Once I saw a DW, Zergoose, Remorage, Bulba Clone, Char Clone, EB, AND Crystal Onix in the shelter. Plus other rares like Porygon, etc. And I didn't get ANY of them. I was like =0 FFFFFFF But yeah, it's nice to see more; I've even been able to nab two EBs and a DW yayyyyyy
