[Tangerine]

I'm Tangerine! I joined here recently, and I'm having a lot of fun.

I have been a Pokemon fan for a long time, and I can't choose a single favorite Pokemon. I have Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon SoulSilver, Pokemon White, Pokemon Black2 and White2, Pokemon Y, and Pokemon Omega Ruby. I also have the Mystery Dungeon games, specifically Blue Rescue Team (my personal favorite), Explorers of Time, and Gates to Infinity (my second favorite).

I just like video games in general, actually. In addition to Pokemon, I like Mario, Sonic, Kirby, and Super Smash Bros. games, to name a few.

Now, to finish this off, I have a quick question about GPX+:

Can your Pokemon run away?

I only ask this because a friend of mine used to use a site that is apparently very similar to GPX+ in which the Pokemon could run away if they were unhappy for whatever reason. I didn't find anything online that said that they could do so here, but I just want to make sure.

No, Pokemon don't run away here.
If you have any other questions, the Help section is your friend! There's also a board for questions here on the forums so if you can't find an answer in the Help section someone should be able to answer a question in one of those threads.

Also, nice to see we share a lot of the same interests. Personally the Explorers games were my favorite Mystery Dungeons. I also like games like Halo, Skyrim, and Xenoblade Chronicles(which is a fantastic game and my favorite at the moment).

It seems we share some similar interests in video games. Mario, Sonic, and Kirby are some of my favorite series. I play the Smash Bros. games, too. And I also have tons of Pokemon games. There are some other games I like, such as The Legend of Zelda.

Also, Pokemon can't run away on here. You can release them yourself, however, which is the only way you can lose them. Ha, Mr. L ninja'd me.

Welcome, Tangerine! The botanical name of a tangerine is Citrus reticulata.

It's nice to see other people with similar interests! It seems like we'll get along pretty well.

And I'm pretty glad to know that Pokemon won't run away, thanks for clearing things up.

Also, Gryphaena, isn't that the name of the Mandarin Orange, not the Tangerine? Apparently, the name for the Tangerine is "Citrus Tangerina", at least according to Wikipedia. But, close enough. They're pretty similar fruits anyway.

I actually chose my username because it's the name I gave to one of my characters, an orange cat (the one in my avatar), and she eventually became somewhat of a mascot for me.

This is actually my first time on the forums...
and I think I used to use the website you were talking about...
When I first came here, I had the same fear that my pokemon could run away.

I also like Pokemon and Kirby! Sometimes I play Super Smash Bros., and I know a bit about Sonic and Mario. I love Pokemon Mystery Dungeon! My favorites are Explorers of Sky, Time, or Darkness. I've never played Gates to Infinity, and I played some of Blue Rescue Team. Also, my first game was Pokemon Diamond!

Your first game was Diamond, you say? The first Pokemon games I played were the original Pokemon Gold/Silver, and I believe I once played Pokemon Yellow as well. But Diamond was the first game I actually owned.
