The new breeding ways has sure put a real damper on the shelter... used to be heaps of eggs in there. Now I'm only seeing lots of 3-7.

Is this why my Phione won't breed with any of my water starters, even though they are all in the same egg group, or is it just a problem with my Phione?

I'm really happy with this decision. It makes it more challenging and exciting and now the game will last longer, it seems. I hated the fact that Eevee was so common, and you could get it so easily. Eevee was never like that! XD Now it'll be even harder to get the starters too... and female Eevees. Good thing I got lucky and already have one Female Eevee. *pets Jolteon*

Gah, there are so few eggs now! Thank god I got most of my favorites when I did, now all the rares will be so much rarer!
Worse, Riolus will be harder to get then ever! Still glad I got it when i did. Ill make sure to breed it with my pichu as soon as they get closer in level, then ill keep the first resulting Riolu and donate all the rest. --------------------  Feed The Pokemon And Hatch The Eggs! I'm personally enjoying this change.
While yes, it's a tad frustrating, it's also a rather refreshing experience. I joined this site thinking it was way too easy, and as such my activity in it has dropped. Now that there's a bit of challenge in it I'm more interested again. Thanks. <3 -------------------- |

disappointing
 while i can understand why you would want to keep rare eggs rare, there's so MANY rare eggs to collect. one of the things i like the most about the game was being able to not stress about how i needed to spend every second online in order to get every egg. as a mom that's a lifesaver you know XD i guess it'll take a lot longer to collect one of each x each evolution now LOL! ah well what can ya do? ^^

Just wanted to let you all know that I spotted a bug in the daycare script that was causing it to error before it ever produced the actual eggs which is why almost no one has made any eggs lately. It's been fixed now so the shelter should start filling up again once people realize their Pokémon are making eggs again.

Oh thank God. I was wondering why my Totodile still weren't breeding even though according to these new guidelines they should be- hopefully I'll see some babies from them soon. Thanks for fixing the bug and cluing us in on these changes, mods! Really appreciate it.
