Battles: 5/5 They were plentiful, and except for some minor points, well written. Those points will be detailed below.
Skill: This is where there was room for improvement. First off, and please don't take offense at this, but Richie is coming off as a bit two dimensional.For a new, or returning character, that isn't as bad as it sounds. However, there is an important thing to work on in an RP is being aware of where your partner is. There were times when you had her perform an action that she either contradicted in her next RP (for example, she saw the fight with Ramirez in your RP, but was just coming eye level in her own) or put her in an action despite her setup in the previous. Also, you need to think about tenses of words. There were times you used the wrong form of a word. Lastly, while Richie collapsing after his fight was understandable, I didn't understand why Spunky lost his energy directly after his own.
That being said, Richie is a dynamic character, and his search for his friends is interesting. The connection between Sera and Richie's friend Violet is interesting, and I hope it develops more.

Faction Points: 175/175 Richie captured the target. Ramirez didn't get away until the Rebellion agents attempted to take custody.

Sera seemed a little too good to be true. She's very obviously not a fighter herself, and that jars with her willingness to fight as she does. It can cause dissonance, but now that it's out there, it would be better to explain it than to change it. Also, watch your wording. You used some words that, to quote Montoya, "I do no think they mean what you think they mean". Like Richie above, it's important you remain aware of your partner's whereabouts and actions, so that you don't contradict them in your scenes. This is especially important when bunnying is allowed.
That being said, I loved that Sera took her time to train her pokemon for battle, and showed a lot of thought in doing so. I look forward to seeing her connection with Richie grow or not, and to seeing if my personal theory is correct, though I think it isn't, really

Synopsis:
Abraham, Ares and Kanoa are assembled and dispatched to track down and capture two Magma Defectors (Brothers Ogre and Turbo) heading to the safety of an Aqua Base. They meet up, then engage one of the defectors in the street, hoping to take him down. It draws out the other brother, who joins in the fray, giving the team an opportunity to capture them both in one fell swoop. Jake Dressel, Aqua recruit, has other plans, and enters the melee to help the brothers. The Magma Team emerges victorious after taking the brothers out, and giving Jake the chance to retreat.

And now for... da GRADING... And apologies in advance for the terseness, it's nearly 2 AM and I have to work tomorrow!

Kanoa: I'm not going to explain participation, as it will be the same for all. You came, you saw, you roleplayed. 3 levels

Battle: Three quarters of the RP was battle, and you kept it pretty together, keeping track of your opponents and allies. Full 5 levels.

Skill: Kanoa is flighty, seemingly suffering from ADHD, yet he has a GLIMMER of potential. I felt he was played extremely true to character. I also like the flash of doubt. It shows growth. I'm giving a full 7 levelss.

Total: 15/15

Rank: 175/175 Kanoa would likely get the credit for leading, and if he mentioned that he passed leadership to Abe, Major Meatgrabber would likely commend him for putting someone competent in charge.

Abe: 3 levels participation

You lead the team, even though the best laid plans get blown up in the face of Kanoa's hyperactivity. The battle was at least attempted coordination, and there was affective use of the strongest pokemon on the field. 5 levels

Abe acted in character. It would have been fun to see him reacting to the nicknames Kanoa gave him. I give 7 levels, but admonish to try to react to stimuli as well as push the character forward.

Rank: 175/175 for similar reasons to Kanoa. If Abe gave Kanoa leadership cred, he will have gained respect for it.

Ares: You were there, do I have to say it? I do?! 3 levels.

You battled, and more importantly, I think your character used his pokemon to the best of his abilities. Believe it or not, I liked that he backed out and then came back to fight. It was very realistic that he would feel out of his league, and then, seeing it become the brawl it did, come back out of a sense of loyalty. 5 levels.

I felt there was some potential for Ares that didn't quite get reached. There was also a little bit of rush in the posts. I understand it's a bit hard to keep track of a large battle, but besides that there were some things you did pick up on, in and out of battle, that were dropped later int he RP (for example, when Kanoa called him Carey, and decided to stick with it. There was growth, but I think there were too many missed opportunities, and your posts were a bit fewer besides. I give 5 levels.

Rank: 175/175 He succeeded in a very important mission, and followed orders well. I have no doubt that Kanoa or Abe or both would give him props if talked to.

Jake: You were there, and that's enough for 3!

I'm afraid you will get hit a little hard. I found a lot of things that really pulled me out of the narrative. In battle, there were commands and attacks completely ignored, and others that weren't caught until pointed out. Jake put his Abra to good use, but the joltik didn't last long, which is realistic, but most of the battling was done by the defectors, which earns Jake nothing. You DID battle, however, and you stuck with it to the end. 4 points for battle.

For skill, I also have to be a little harsh. There were characters mixed up (at one point, Turbo was credited for saying something that was obviously Ogre's line), a confusing bit with Jake and his trainer (which I am not docking points for, because it might have been explained in a previous RP, but I'm pointing it out because it's good to clarify these things regardless), and worst of all, some particularly jarring grammar and sentence structure foibles. You switched tenses, repeated one half of a sentence as the other half of the sentence, and posts were shortish and rarer than any of the rest of the groups. I don't want it to seem like I'm picking on you, but you are an experienced RPer with well developed characters, and that holds you to a bit of a standard. 4 levels.

Rank: 50/175. This does NOT reflect on skill of the RPer, this is due to losing two important defectors (at 3 to technically 1 odds) but, most importantly, Jake's trainer specifically said that this did not reflect well on him and he'd need more training. Logically, he would not rank well because of that.

In general: Kam and Yzarc, there were a few areas where it was you two dominating. I didn't read your OOC thread, so I don't know if it was because you were waved on, so to speak, but it's a good idea to give time for the other RPers. Douken and Fire, on the same vein, try to be more consistent.

It was also a bit hard to get a sense of position, both of the battle and the brief shadowing manuever they tried in following Ogre. Some of that was because of how it was all described. Remember, it might be clear in your head, but you should make sure the reader and, more importantly, your RP partners know where you are in relation to the other and the landscape. You're ALL experienced RPers, and can handle this, so keep it in mind, I promise it will enhance your RPs, and I just realized this is a total run on sentence, so I'm signing off now.

Summary: The story mostly follows the continued friendship of Sera and Richie, where they return to the shopping mall that they had (awhile ago) encountered the members of Team Magma in, and Richie's once-closest friend, Ramirez. While Richie is still recovering from a leg injury, they take some time to do a bit of shopping, Sera purchasing a few Technincal Machines to use with her team. The pair then head off to the spa to relax for awhile, and at this time Richie's Riolu evolves into Lucario. Richie offers Sera the opportunity to help her train her Pokemon to become more accustomed to their new moves, and at this point the story stops, when they finally arrive at the park. There was meant to be a battle at this point, but because of the sudden disappearance of the other members, it never progressed.

Summary: Olivia Prewitt, simple file clerk, is once again partnered with Casper "Ghost" Weard in another mission, this time to gather visual information. Of course, things don't go completely to plan and after completing their mission separately, the two reconvene only to be attacked by another member of their faction, who claims that Casper is a traitorous spy. Halfway through a battle that they are losing badly, six people suddenly appear to take the traitor, Miles Twycross, into custody, rescuing the two from the battle. Things seem to be clearing up, even between the two of them, upon their arrival back at base, only Casper's boredom escalates to the destruction of something that Olivia holds dear. Things just go downhill from there.

I suppose my main criticism is...I wanted more Strings.

Other than that, another lovely rp starring Casper and Olivia. I love their dynamic, so it felt kinda weird to have the operating mostly separately throughout the mission. The intervention of Twycross and the subsequent fallout was really interesting, especially since it seems that Wigsby knows more than he's letting on.

Summary:
Dr. Regan Chamuel is sent on a mission to recruit Sera Taisa, an individual whom the Rebellion has kept an eye on. Regan manages to finagle it in such a way that she's also able to recover her lost Cleffa. They track a Magma Agent to a Warehouse, which they then 'assault'. Getting into the mainframe, Regan finds her Cleffa, and Sera finds the Pokemon belonging to Violet Hunter, her missing friend.

Okay, I won't lie at all, ever since I returned, I've been keeping an eye on this RP. I knew I couldn't just jump in, simply because for one, you guys had everything planned out accordingly and two, because that's just plain old rude. However, I did think that this was an excellent RP.

And now to distribute the points...

Man oh man, did the Doctor ever make a house call in this one (figuratively speaking of course). Not to mention the fact that she showed consideration for herself, Sera and even the enemy. Her personality truly did stand out to me, making me really feel relief when she found her Cleffa. Not only that, but her mission also was a brilliant success. All in all, I really enjoyed everything that Dr. Regan Chamuel brought to the table. 15/15.

Well, now that Sera's a Rebel, I think she'll be seeing a lot of Richie now, and she'll finally know what he was hiding from her. Aside from that little tidbit, she also found some info on Richie's long time missing friend, Violet. I really liked how Cinder actually showed a drawback from the use of Outrage. This gave me that nervous feeling, especially when Spark was to face the other Pokemon alone. However, even the little tyke held his own as well. 15/15. Oh, and welcome to the Rebellion.
