To sign up for a judge, simply post a couple of your past and/or current sprites and from there I will determine if you have what it takes to be a judge. It's that simple!

Unfortunately, Pikalover, you did not find the secret Pokemon.

I will have to extend the sign-up date as I will be taking a short leave of absence this week. And due to that, I will add in enough secret Pokemon for the rest of the missing sign-ups to fill out. Once one person has found three, no other member can use those three and must pick other ones.

Example: If there are the first stages of each starter, and someone finds and posts Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle, then no one else may use those Pokemon in their post. It's essentially a race to get three Pokemon.

This will not happen for another day or so, but I figured I'd warn you all.


I still require judges, as I will be unable to judge you all myself while also participating in the Vs. Match.
If no sign-ups are placed by the time three days after the 12th accepted sign-up, I will have to resort to a new judging scheme I thought I'd test out. It would require a non-bias review of the challenger's sprites. I'll go into further details, should this method require to be used.

I have to agree with that. I was kinda hoping that a contest with one of the staff or whatever could produce activity in this sub-forum. It was having success at first but I'm starting to have my doubts.

Since you've found them I shall add you into the list. I'll be adding the newest words momentarily.
Also, to speed things up I'm going to add enough in so the rest can join up at the same time.

First-come, first-serve folks! Take three of the Pokemon names and add them to your sign-up. Those Pokemon can not be used after that.

I've honestly completely lost track due to the low activity of this topic. DX

Give me a day or so to set-up groups so the competition can begin. I've been fairly busy these past few days. My apologies on the wait, everyone who's been so kindly patient.

Alright, after a fairly long wait, the matchups and first challenge are here! First-round matchups are as follows:

1. Nommer of the Mew vs. 7. Indestructible

2. Shinzoru vs. 8. Not a Moron

3. CDB vs. 5. Luminey

4. zbx vs. 6. BloodBlink

And now, without further ado, the first challenge!

Task One: Fusions

Your first task is a simple one, but a few pixels can make all the difference. You must make a fusion using three Pokemon. There is a catch, however - the Pokemon you must use are the Pokemon that you and your opponent had to find in order to enter. You can use any three of the combined six, so long as their presence is noticeable on the finished entry. Creativity is encouraged!

This challenge will run until August 31st.

PM your sprites to me, and once I have them all/the end date arrives, then I judge them with my potential judges provided I get work back from the ones who I've asked to assist me. Once they've looked them over and decided, I will make a final vote if there is a tie in each group.

Quick update. As of roughly 6PM EST, I have obtained 25% of the submissions for this round. Keep them coming in, folks!
