The Face of Boe: I have seen so much, perhaps too much. I am the last of my kind, as you are the last of yours, Doctor.
The Doctor: That's why we have to survive, both of us. Don't go.
The Face of Boe: I must, but know this, Time Lord: You are not alone.

The Doctor wasn't alone.
Then he found the Master.
And then he was alone again...
...Or so he thought.

At the Fall of Arcadia, the Doctor fought, but he was not the only Time Lord there. There were many others, and they were dead...
...until the Time Lock was broken by the Master. The sheer impact of this event sent waves of uniquely charged huon particles throughout the universe until they reached Arcadia.
There, several of the fallen Time Lords were given the energy to regenerate one last time.
Those Time Lords each retreated to their respective TARDIS's, but the huon particles had caused them all to lock on the same location (relatively speaking; they don't land on top or in one another, but in the nearby vicinity).
As soon as they were activated, the TARDIS's all went zooming through space and time to present day Earth, landing in London's Hyde Park.
Like the Doctor's TARDIS's, the chameleon circuit which allows the TARDIS's to blend into their surroundings malfunctioned and they all got stuck as one object, each different.
Suddenly the TARDIS's broke down, and suffered many mechanical problems.
Now, the revived Time Lords are stuck on Earth, forced to work together to solve mightiest problem:
Living a normal life. (mortgages included!)
...But with one Time Lord around, life never stayed normal...
...So what will happen with several around?

Since there are several Time Lords on Earth now, there's bound to be loads of trouble including the occasional invasion from some alien species. During these time, the Time Lords are encouraged to work together to repel the invasions, possible with the indirect (meaning no contact) assistance of the Torchwood Institute.
When these invasions are over, it is expected by the British Government that the Time Lords return to normal society.

Name: Angal (pronounced like Angel, but with an 'ah' sound as opposed to an 'eh' sound), Alexander James Smith
Age: 870-something (he lost track), looks like he is in his late 20's (if asked, he says 27)
Gender: Male

Tool of Choice:

Angal's Laser Pen is a custom built device which he built himself during the Time War. It uses isomorphic-telepathic technology so it only operates for those who Angal allows. Angal's Laser Pen is very similar in operation to the Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver; to operate just point and press the button. Changing settings is done by rotating the upper part of the Pen. The Pen can do many many different things, including lock, unlock, open, close, cut, re-attach, scan bio-medical signs, read digital data, transfer digital data, store digital data and function as an infra-red torch. As the name suggest the Laser Pen functions using EM waves, and it utilises the entire EM spectrum for it's many functions.

(Just thought I'd add here...I designed that Laser Pen from scratch ^^)

Physical Appearance:

Angal is a 6ft Caucasian male with a slim build. He has medium, thick, straight jet-black hair which he never looks after properly, light blue eyes and a slim-line facial structure. Physically fit, he is agile, quick on his feet and somewhat flexible. He has no unique identifying marks whatsoever.
His outfit consists of an ochre-brown skivvy, black dress pants belted up with a plain black belt, plain black dress shoes (size 10 US), a pair of brown jersey gloves and a long black trench coat with a red lining, usually with the top two buttons done up and the collar popped. On his left leg he has a holster for his Laser Pen, which people avoid looking at due to a perception filter. All of the pockets in his outfit are made with Time Lord technology and requirements in mind, so they are much bigger on the inside (they could hold a shovel if necessary). He does in fact carry a loaded Glock 17 in his upper left coat pocket, which he had previously acquired on Earth during his travels.

Personality:
At a glance, Angal can be seen as quiet, gentle and relaxed, but in truth this is an act put on to convince others and himself that he no longer thinks about the horrors he witnessed and committed in the Time War.
When he opens up, he can seem rather emotional, with a tendency to anger quickly. He has a 'short fuse' and this is most apparent when death is mentioned or referred to.
Like most Time Lords, he much more intelligent than any human, and frequently displays this by modifying human technology with what he refers to as 'upgrades'. Also, because he is 'more intelligent' than humans he finds it very frustrating when he gets something human wrong, whereas a majority of humans would get it instantly.
He also has little/no experience or knowledge of love, because he never thought about it.

History:
Little is known of Angal's history, by others or even by himself. He has repressed all but the most recent memories in an attempt to retain his sanity during the Time War. What is apparent though is that he has been to 21st and 22nd Century Earth multiple times.

Physical Appearance: Zyroza's curent form has short black hair and blue eyes. She has a very punk style and wears a sleavless white shirt and a grey plaid mini skirt. She also wears black boots and a pair of very high blck and white striped socks, she also wears a black belt along with several rings, two cross necklaces and a coller. She also wears her hooded jacket that has fur along the rims and ears on the hood.
Personality:Zyroza tends to be very quiet around other people, because of this most people would view her as shy.
In reality Zyroza is insane and emotionly unstable. She tries to hide her insanity but has been know to hurt herself and even attack others. Zyroza sometimes forgets who she is, or thinks she is someone else (usually a past form).
She is, like most Time Lords, very intelligent, but she almost never shows it because she is afraid of drawing attention to herself.
History:Over the years Zyroza has forgoten most of her history, but there are some major evens that she remembers. She remembers looking into the Schism and going insane but after that there is lot she doesn't remember.
One of the bigest events in Zyroza's life happened in early 19th Century Earth, when she fell in love with a human named James, they where going to get married but on the day before the wedding Zyroza had a mental breakdown, during the confusion James was killed.
There are records of Zyroza being in 22nd Century Earth where she went through a much darker part of her life. For two years she went compleatly insane and killed a total of 50 people.
Zyroza is currently in 21st Century Earth trying to live a normal life.

...when I said I know nothing, I literally meant I know absolutely nothing about Dr. Who. So I guess, as I didn't understand a word of the first post, I can't join. I hope everyone who does join likes the rp, though. Dex always makes great rp's. This is going to be another DREA, even if I don't understand it XD

Before I jump in and attempt a sign up for this RP, how active are you expecting people to be? Like, how long without getting a reply will you get really annoyed and probably kill off a character?

I only ask because I can get quite busy, or just a bit bored and it leads me to neglect this site sometimes, but I do always check my PM's and am regularly in the IRC chat (Proddit) if that ever happens and you want a reply.

Name: Buteo, Tyler Johnson
Age: 247, looks to be around 17

Physical Appearance: Tyler has short-ish brown hair that looks like the only part of his image that he takes care of, his fringe comes down to his eyebrows and is flicked towards the right, his eyes are a light blue colour, something he’s quite proud of, as he quite likes how they look.
He can normally be seen wearing a white t-shirt under a red zip hoodie that has a strange pattern on it. He wears a pair of black jeans, and on his feet a pair of Nike trainers. He also wears a black leather jacket.

Personality: Tyler is rather slow, it takes him a while to get the hang of simple tasks, and sometimes even figure out simple answers to simple questions. This is one thing he hates about himself, and always feels like he's about to say or do something dumb and make himself look silly. He's never been one for wanting much attention, and tries his best to keep out of people's way.
He does get his moments when he can be smart, one example is when he created his own Sonic Screwdriver from random bits and pieces. He didn't even know what he was doing, as if he went into a strange trance and then just started to work. He doesn't like violence all that much, and will only fight if he can't do anything else.
He can be rather childish at times, and acts a bit like any human at the age of 16-18 would act. He does sometimes get some mood swings, and can randomly go from happy to sad instantly, as if his emotions are controlled by a switch.

Something he finds quite annoying, is that he remembers almost everything he's seen, heard, done, etc.. and this can lead to all these memories getting mixed up in his head, leading to him getting very confused at times, and sometimes mild headaches.


History: Although remembering a lot of random, seemingly pointless things, his past is a bit of a mystery. He doesn't remember much, only that there was some sort of war, and that he came to Earth in his TARDIS. He sometimes gets a sort of flashback at times when he comes into contact with familiar objects, or species that he would have touched or met in the past.

Age: Looks 20. She doesn't even know her true age anymore. (Probably 500-something.)

Country of Birth: She believes it's somewhere in the U.K., but for some reason she can hide it well.

Physical Appearance: Selina is just under six feet tall. Her hair completely covers her back and is tied together just under her ears. The bow is seen on either side of her head, being a pale pink. Her reddish brown hair gradually flares out. Two pieces of hair, one on each side, somehow avoid the tying and come to her shoulders, framing her face; she also has short bangs. She has large cinnamon brown eyes which, while we are on the subject of spices, looks like it has some paprika mixed with it. She is almost always seen with an expression of mild surprise or confusion on her face. Her body structure is quite small, but fit. Her legs are long, and she doesn't hide them at all with her shorts that vary in length. Some come half-way down her thighs, others are as short as the ones in the picture.
Seli wears a pink and white striped tank top, which she keeps tucked in her shorts. She wears a small jacket over it that covers her arms fully, but length-wise it stops above the small of her back. Her shorts and jacket always match. Her shoes are dark blue converse with a white tongue and laces.

Personality: Selina is very quiet and serene, not wanting to be noticed. She is known for wanting to talk things out instead of fighting. If she has to, however, she will fight. This is only a last resort, for she can easily kill someone if she so chooses. Though she knows little-to-nothing about herself, she knows many things like the back of her hand, but chooses to keep it to herself. She is very good at most things, but doesn't excel at anything, making her even more of a low-profile.

History: Seli has either amnesia or chose to repress the horrible memories of the Time War. Therefore, she remembers nothing of her past lives and is the closest Time Lord to a normal human. She doesn't even remember her tool of choice (hence why it is blank).
