Appearance 5; 11, 176 pounds, dirty blond hair, same setup as Volkner. Dark, deep blue eyes that make him look upset and in deep thinking at the same time. His skin color is completely pale, making him one of the rare human albinos. He has several scars over his body, the most obvious one in an X shape right above his left eye. He also lost his left eye in the same fight he got the scar. He uses an eye patch to cover his lost eye. He normally wears a business suit, black pants and a cape. He has a white button down shirt under his business suit, but nobody knows that. He also wears a tattered red cape, and never takes it off. He arrives with the abovementioned clothing when he arrives at the island.
Personality: Dexter is a genius in Pokémon, as his friends and coworkers often call him The Genius.
Although he is very quiet and prefers to motion to his Pokémon to attack. Only his Pokémon understand his signs, although since he is deaf, anybody who knows Hoenn sign language can understand him. He doesn’t care about other people, and will decimate anybody who gets in his way. He hates talking about his past.
40 years ago, a female challenger challenged Sunyshore gym. She got past the puzzle and challenged Volkner. She won, but they were in love. They secretly had a marriage, and then they divorced, because Volkner was in his gym more than his home. Dexter’s true rival was Cyrus, since he befriended machines, and Dexter believed that machines should serve humans. Cyrus and Dexter constantly got in physical fights, but one time, Cyrus used a machine against Dexter. He used a radio, loudest volume and that made Dexter deaf. When his parents divorced, he went to Hoenn with his mother. In the fight when he got his scar, his mother died. They were going on a walk and an Absol appeared. It used Night shade on Dexter’s mother and killer her. It then faced Dexter and tried to do the same to him, but a little Ralts took a liking to the kid, and saved him, all but his left eye. He got all his Pokémon after that, except for Gardevoir, his main Pokémon and favorite. He beat the Hoenn Champion, and never lost a fight after. Although when he got the letter, he put Wallace back in his position until he comes back to Hoenn. At least if he came back alive.

I have a character ready and everything, but I have a question: May the Pokemon have alternate appearances? I mean, not just shiny, but have different colours 'n' such. Her mother was a renowned paleontologist, whom discovered one of the few complete skeletons of the famous Tyrannosaurus Rex. And her father was a famous botanist, who had a 4.0 GPA his entire life; elementary, Middle School, High School, and even College. Kuusou thought she had everything she ever wanted in life, and more.
FLASHBACK:
"... witnesses say the crash begun at the intersection of I 32 and a gravel road just out of town. The car spun out of control until they were well past the road, having rolled six times and ending up in a rock quarry. We still have reporters on the scene to bring the viewing area the latest news on this grim Thursday evening..."
The night her parents had died instantly in a massive crash. That day changed her life forever. Never again would she be "Kuusou the Brainiac" or "Kuusou the Perfect". Her life, in her eyes, had just lost its meaning.
Tired of being rejected from every single interview she had received at each and every orphanage she had ever been to, she ran away. At the age of thirteen, it might be little impractical of a teenage girl running away, and living on her own. But it worked... She had gone to thievery to get her everyday things: food, water, and even clothing.
One afternoon in an old forest, she had lost the will and energy to go any further. Weak from dehydration, she could not get anywhere. She didn't even have the will or power to get up, and search for food. So, for the next few hours she slowly lost consciousness, and finally, she lost it altogether.
On the next day, when she was on the verge of dying, a Blissey, which had sensed Kuusou's unhappiness, and horribly low energy level, found her lying on the ground. And so for the next several days, Blissey took care of her, nurturing her until Kuusou had regained consciousness, and full health. They instantly bonded.
Having built a near-perfect team, Kuusou smashed her way through all eight gym leaders, and doing smaller, not-as-important quests and challenges, she made it to the Sinnoh League where she had to fight her way through Victory Road. Making it through there with all of her Pokemon badly hurt but otherwise victorious, she made it to the Elite Four. Quickly healing everyone up, she dominated them. Proud to proclaim herself... the Sinnoh Champion.
Many months have gone by, and a random and sudden Mail Carrier approached her asking "Are you Kuusou Takahashi?" Cautiously saying she was, he handed her a letter that said her name is highly fancy penmanship. Tearing it open, she read it contents. It said she was invited to a large Tournament on a remote mountain island in the middle of the ocean dead center of all four regions.
Excitedly making her way to the Sunyshore City shipyard, she presented the ticket that came with the letter, and boarded the ship. Nearly 10 hours later, she had arrived on a strangely wondrous island. It was tropically beautiful. The sights, the sounds, the smells. All of those flooding her senses. She couldn't wait to enter the tourney.
Personality: Before the death of her parents, Kuusou was a very kind, and sweet child. Though she had few friends, she got along with most of the people in school. From 7th-10th, she had the second highest GPA in the entire school of a 3.85, but after mom and dad died, her grades slipped, and finally plummeted into the murky abyss. She became more and more detached from reality, and was very sad most of the time. Many of her friends couldn't handle the "new" Kuusou, and all left her, which didn't help her after the loss of her parents.
But, after many years of loneliness she came to cope with the death of them, sometimes keeping their memory locked up, she only remembered them when she needed comfort. But then she arranged a team of Pokemon. They gave her company, someone to interact with, and ultimately... friends. This greatly improved attitude. It was an improvement she had been needing for a long while.
Can be sassy at times, but normally she is very calm and collected. She has common outbreaks of severe emotion. Normally sadness. She can be a very fun loving kind of girl. She's not your typical girly-girl, whom likes pink, and all things "cute", yet she likes bright neon colors such as purple, and orange.
Sometimes she can be a bit ornery, and very rebellious, not listening to most adult-figures, for she had been on her own for many many years.
Professionally proven to have the highest intellectual level in the entire school (her slightly lower-than-expected GPA was due to her forgetfulness with assignments). With her extremely high IQ of 164, she planned on finishing high school with her current GPA, and good records to go into college and major in Paleontology, just as her mother. She did quite well in high school, taking all of the chemistry and geology classes available... She didn't get the chance to finish.
Though she's got a tough outer shell, she is afraid of many things; such as loud noises--thunder, crashes, etc.--and absolutely hates the dark, and anything related to such.
Her favorite food will have to be cheese, and then Monterrey Jack is her favorite variety. She's not a real good fan of spicy foods, though she tolerates them. Her favorite phrase or famous saying is "Love isn't what makes the world go 'round; love is what makes the ride worthwhile". Some of her hobbies are sometimes walking into a public library in some of the many cities and towns she had visited. Either checking out a book, or messing around on the computers.
Appearance: She has long (almost reaching her butt), light--almost blonde--brown hair that is normally down, left to flow around freely. Eyes a bright emerald green, though do change colour from pale gray, to grayish-pink, to greenish-gray, to pale green. When she ran away from the the last orphanage she has been at, her clothing faded out, until they were nothing more than an old faded t-shirt with remnants of old designs that are undecipherable as to what they were.
Her pants became baggy and faded, and had grass stains, and rips, tears, and holes everywhere, and she finally ripped them off at the knees. Her shoes, which she had actually managed to steal from the department store in Veilstone City, were almost brand new, being a nice pair of sneakers, that had no need to be laced up, and were pure black, except for the sole, and the sides had designs of neon orange, green, and yellow shoe prints.
She wears two, extremely expensive and fancy amethyst earrings on each ear with one silver and gold loop on each ear as well. Around her neck is the most expensive aquamarine necklace money could buy. Both the necklace and earrings were treasures were taken from her home when she received the news of her parents' tragic death.
Her physical appearance is far from "obese" or "fat", even with all the malnutrition, and the gorging herself when she received food. She had well-toned legs, that signified that she got a lot of exercise, and her womanhood was all there, being a 42C. She is about 5'10", and weighed actually only about 129lbs, despite her enormous height.

Appearance: Shiny body, and the orbs on her tail and neck are bright orange; losing her weather-manipulation abilities as a Dratini, these orbs changed orange to in fact give her more powerful Fire-type capabilities

Ability: Hustle - Realworld Affect;; Nearly doubles her speed, but as a downside her accuracy for physical attacks is more than halved.

Personality: The stereotypical Togekiss. She only approaches those she senses that have a pure heart, and will spread happiness and joy wherever she finds said people. She can seem rather trusting too, though is weary around those she doesn't trust.

That's good right? Not yet. You didn't mention the specific city Dexter was born in, and the history is kind of short. It fits the limit but I feel you didn't do enough. You need to elaborate. Why was his mother killed? Why is he rivals with Cyrus? How did he become deaf? Things like that. I like the character, I do. The biggest issue is that you didn't explain how she got to Trainer Mountain. Did she win any Gym Leader challenges? Any Pokemon League challenges? That part of her is missing. I'm fine with everything else, however. I don't mind shiny Pokemon, but it seems your trainer is really lucky to have four shiny Pokemon in her party. Also, the alternate colors thing seems very non-canon and tough to explain. If you're willing to explain the colors I'm fine with it but if not I'd rather they be either normal or shiny color schemes. You two are welcome to fix the issues I mentioned. Hmm... I don't know exactly how to explain the colours any further. Would you care to explain what's wrong with them?
EDIT: Fixed up Kuusou's history. It was actually pretty easy. Also fixed the colors to the best of my ability. My issue with the colors was that, for example, Vespiquen doesn't have a turquoise jewel. It's red. Same with Lanturn and Dragonair. Things like that. I mean, the whole alternate color scheme for Pokemon is the shiny scheme, which is why it was made. What I wanted was for you to explain why they had those colors instead of their normal colors. I'm fine with Blissey's eyes being blue, since they're eyes, and they're all different colors. But the jewel colors and things like that, I'd like you to explain why they're those colors, if you can. I am very happy to see the history though. A little short when it comes to her being a trainer, but then again, given her history and personality, it makes sense.  You're very close to being accepted! The color issue is the last thing.

Belle is about 5’7’’ and weighs around 130 pounds which well suits her size. She is curvy, but not overly so, and has developed some muscles from her Pokémon adventures. Her hair is a rich brown and reaches down halfway past her back. Her eyes are a deep, sparkling blue and are said to be as vast as the sea itself. Her normal dress of clothing is comfortable and easy to move around in. Almost never will you find her in a dress. Her signature clothing consists of blue jeans, a light turquoise shirt, and a darker (but not excessively so) teal short-sleeved jacket. Her shoes are teal shoes in the style of low-cut Converse. She also carries around a white backpack on her shoulders which carries all her Pokémon supplies. This is the outfit that she had on when coming to Trainer Mountain.
Personality: Belle has a strong sense of justice and is quick to help out those in need. This may also cause her to make hasty decisions which can affect everyone. She is quiet when you first get to know her, but then she’ll become much more outgoing the longer you know her. People that disregard others and other’s feelings are those who she dislikes the most. Belle enjoys writing and drawing, often about her own adventures and those she meets during it.
History: Belle was born in Pallet Town, the home of some of the best Pokémon Trainers in the world. Her parents are two well known Pokémon Breeders who disliked any type of battling. So when Belle was a little girl, she sneaked out to watch numerous battles of all sorts, ranging from novice to experts. She fell in love. Battling was all she thought of, she ate, drank, and dreamt it. This, of course, was her parents’ worst nightmare, so they placed her out of all Pokémon’s reach so not even her parent's Pokemon might see her. This angered Belle as well as saddened her, so one day at the age of 11, she decided to run away.
Taking only a backpack of her things and the clothes on her back, she ran to Prof. Oak’s laboratory, hoping that he would understand. Of course, he did. Often did he see children like Belle, but he thought that she had great potential. Against everyone’s better judgment, he entrusted her with her first Pokémon, a Charmander, which she named Blaze, as well as a PokeDex, making her an official PokeDex holder.
So Belle there began her journey as a Pokémon Trainer, and little did she know that she was working to be one of the best. Along the way she made countless friends, both human as well as Pokémon. After collecting all the Kanto Gym Badges and training excessively in Victory Road, she challenged the Pokémon League and defeated them as well as the Champion. She then decided to visit her parents and show them that battling wasn't at all bad, it instead strengthens friendship between the Pokemon. Her parents then saw that her Pokemon Journey really was the best for her, and accepted it. Belle then went on to Johto and Hoenn and completed the task of defeating the Pokémon League in each respective region. She was halfway through her Sinnoh Badge collecting process when she decided to take a break and visit some old friends. She was in a friend’s house in Viridian City when the letter was delivered to her via Pidgeot.
