Can a Pokii breed with a pokii, ie. can I have a male and female Pokii?

From now on users with public daycares that announce daycare changes will be added to a list on my request section and will be unable to request anything for two weeks as well as having any waiting to be accepted requests removed from the list.
We are getting tired of the constant breaking of the rules.
