You don't know if what is used Trainer?
 If you mean the group, It's usually pretty active (or it has been) I think it's just slow because of the winter holidays.

I'd want to request, but I don't know what the current rules are on when they appear after being dropped, at all. :<

Haven't bred novelties in forever. I will be shiny hunting both SC and BC soon but I'll just stick to posting egg drops (potential shinies) since everybody likely has those and they're quite easily found in the safari zone these days.
