Oookay, so I've looked into the contest info and I've discovered a specific contest hasn't been chosen yet =/ It does look like everyone wants to do a contest though 8D /derp

As copied from Nia's post, the options are:
1) Novelty breeding contest.
Most novelties bred/hatched in a certain time period. All must be in your possession.
Dracowymsy will be excluded though since they make only DW's and in high quantities.

2) Novelty Shiny Hunt.
Time Limit: One Month (May extend until SOMEONE hatches one if no one has bred a shiny within the time period but if at least one person has, the contest is over :>)
I think the title of itself pretty much speaks for itself.

3) Gender Breeding Contest:
Breed gender specific Novelty Pokemon they have to be in your possession at the time the contest ends so that means you will have to hatch them yourself ;D All gender fails you can feel free to release.
Pokemon Eligible: Female Starter Clones & Male Shellderboys. (all of which have 12.5% chance of being the specified gender)

Now we just need to get a poll going for which contest idea everyone wants to do more xp

Wasn't it all three? I believe we were just going to enter at first, but you can choose which contest you were a part of at the end. So if you happen to breed a lot of female clones and male shellfish in your possession, you can enter the gender contest; if you breed a ton of novelties, you can enter that contest; and if you breed a shiny, you could enter that contest. Does that make sense?

Unfortunately, I've bred a shiny novelty before: Zergoose. Because of that, I probably won't get one, but you never know.

I'm not sure if it had been decided to do all three together, I know there was a suggestion for at least two at the same time. Doing all three together would make this much easier, it'd make it so much easier . Since that's finished with, I guess we just need to create a starting time. I propose the beginning of next weekend (Saturday, Oct. 2nd) for the start of the contest. That way everyone will have time to see it and get prepared. Perhaps a month in length as well? That or two weeks.

The Contest Has Started!
It will run for exactly two weeks from now -- ending on Saturday night at reset.
Remember: Breeding contest excludes DW since all they make are DWs. You will be disqualified if you try to submit for this race with DWs.
Gender contest is only for the clones/SB since those have a 12.5% chance for the female/male genders.
