"Darci, watch out, he could have weapons!" DC cried after her friend, who had clearly lost it, considering she was resorting to a physical attack on this man. The hunter had a somewhat dubious expression as well, but he knew that striking a teenage girl could lead to some serious legal consequences, so he merely restrained Darci to the best of his ability by grabbing both her arms and holding them together in one of his massive fists. It was likely that she would struggle in protest, so he kept his hold on her wrists very firm.

The Tauros either did not notice or was unimpressed by the reflect move, so it continued its attack, and was quite surprised when it forcefully bounced off the wall of light. Although the shield lessened the impact, Devil was not entirely spared from the take down, and he stumbled backward several steps.

Glancing at Kaito's attempts to cut through the rope, DC shouted to him, "Hey, Kaito! Try using your fire on it! That should weaken the rope sufficiently!" She was careful not to make it sound like an order, being respectful that he was not her Pokemon. But Kaito seemed to be an agreeable fellow and she doubted the suggestion would offend him in the slightest.

"Devil, use dragon rage on the Tauros, now!" Devil's eyes glowed bright white, and he prepared a massive fireball to unleash on the massive bovine.

Darci cried out in pain as her wrists were grabbed and held together. Her fractured wrist screamed in pure, flaming agony. She twisted in his grip and gave him a crazed and disturbed look. She continued to fight against the man with her heels, which would probably end up not doing much, but high heels had their times or worthiness. She thrashed, kicking her legs out and hoping to strike anything that was within kicking distance. Every once in a while, she would kick her foot up in an attempt to strike at the arms which held her. She wasn't concerned at all, she wore shorts under dresses all the time.

Victor, being admirable of Devil since their friendly battle, ran behind him and pushed against the small lizard's back as he stumbled. The Tauros seemed to be surprised, but obviously not down yet. Victor's yes glowed as it glared sharply at the triple-tailed oxen, using Foresight attack which would come back to hurt it later. It then thought quickly and swayed rhythmically, attempting Hypnosis which would, if they were lucky, put it sleep, at least until the Ursaring was confirmed to be alright.

Kaito heard DC call to him and nodded. As it opened it's beak, it faintly glowed gold. It prepared with Focus Energy which caused a twisting red and yellow flame to dance out of the bird's beak. "Ken!" It yelled, sending out flames larger then a normal ember. As expected, it severely weakened the rope. With one final slash, Kaito freed the trapped Ursine. The two separated sides of the rope fell to the ground.

As DC ordered, Victor concentrated more on the Hypnosis. After all, it was always easier to hit a target which wasn't moving, right?

"Let her go, now!" DC shouted, throwing caution to the wind and racing towards the hunter. He started at her in a mixture of annoyance and surprise as she wound up and punched him directly in the face. The hunter was unable to block her because his hands were tied up keeping Darci under control, so his neck jerked roughly to the side from DC's fist. Although frankly, the punch may have hurt DC more than the hunter, because her hand was throbbing from the impact. Just as he was about to release Darci and do something about DC, one of Darci's flailing legs struck him directly between the legs, causing him to drop her and growl in agony, doubled over.

The Tauros, not being the most intelligent of creatures, was at a loss for what to do without direct instruction from his trainer. He gazed dumbly at Victor's glowing eyes, slowly but surely falling into a trance. First he stopped moving and could only stand there and stare, then his head began to sway and his eyes began to droop. When the eyelids closed over the Tauros's big, brown eyes, the creature dropped to its knees and collapsed on one side, snoring blissfully. Devil looked at Victor in awe, for he was unaware the Hoothoot had such a power. "Mander!" he said approvingly, and he began to recharge the dragon rage attack. The powerful ball of energy struck the Tauros hard, causing it to fly backward several meters, but the creature did not awake from its slumber.

Meanwhile, the mother Ursaring pulled away from the broken ropes and gave a lusty battle roar, which sounded like it contained some hope and confidence again. The hunter cursed, still bent over from the pain of Darci's kick, and reached for the final occupied Pokeball on his belt. Out popped a vicious looking Staraptor, with beady eyes and a sharply pointed beak. "Staraptor, close combat now!" The bird obliged and flew at the Ursaring, striking her rapidly and repeatedly with its beak, wings, and talons. DC had to hand it to the hunter, the fighting type move was a smart idea to use on a normal type such as Ursaring. Also, she had to admit, the Staraptor would be far too powerful for their Pokemon to handle. She bit her lip nervously.

The Ursaring, regardless of the obvious pain she was in, took advantage of the Staraptor's position to use fury swipes on it, damaging the bird significantly in its vulnerable state due to using the close combat attack. Devil had prepared another dragon rage attack, and launched it at the Staraptor as well, nearly knocking it out of the air. The fierce bird turned on him in anger, and it flew high up into the sky, before turning around swiftly and charging down upon the Charmander in an aerial ace attack. Clearly it was intelligent enough to make its own decisions without its trainer's instruction, unlike the Tauros. Which in fact, looked like it might wake up soon. It was beginning to stir and twitch in its sleep, indicating to DC that they didn't have much time left.

Darci screamed as the burning in her wrist intensified. Her tearing eyes opened to reveal the absolutely beautiful sight of the hunter's face rather rather viciously mauled by the fist which was currently in his cheek. Her head snapped towards the other direction and Darci felt a flailing leg jam right between the man legs into where, for men, the sun don't shine. He keeled over and Darci stood there in shock, her wrist screaming in painful agony.

Victor seemed to almost smirk with a great amount of contentedness. That is, until his trainer went down. Victor seemed to weaken, almost as if his own energy was drained away. It continued to stare at his immobile trainer until the reailty hit him like a ton of bricks when the great burst of energy shot from the Charmander and Victor chirped. "Hoo!" It yelled, sending back his own approval.

Just after the nameless hunter sent out another pokemon and barked out the commands, Darci forcibly grabbed his arm and made him stand. With adrenaline, anger, and her unnatural Yandere strength giving her the power she really shouldn't have, she screamed, kicked out the back of his left leg, and barely managed to flip the large hunter over her shoulder in a judo throw. Having done the last possible thing she could do, she fell. She fell to the ground with a thud, this obviously illogical move completely draining of any strength that might have been left. Her eyes closed and she simply lay there, exhausted beyond belief, the madwoman strength having faded into the simple fatigue of a teenage girl. She could only hope that would keep him down for a second... or two.

Having cut through the rope, Kaito hastily jumped in to help. It jumped and used it's Focus Energy to prepare for the next attack. Raising it's own talons to help, Kaito launched a powerful Double Kick towards it's side. The other being a Staraptor, Kaito himself doubted it would stay back for long. The larger bird twirled and dodged easily, Kaito landing rather gracelessly from the unexpected movement. Kaito turned back and chirped out his own suggestion. He motioned to Victor and Devil then to the Tauros. He then gestured to himself and the Staraptor, signaling he would take care of the other bird. Victor seemed hesitant, but listened anyway, turning to the Tauros. Kaito seemed to know he wouldn't have a chance against it, but with luck, maybe he could hold it off.

Darci watched from the ground, her eyes barely open. Before she had joined in the battle and attacked the hunter, she had stashed a last resort into the pockets of her frilly skirt. She knew the horror whose name was Dusk Arcana slept like a thousand year curse inside, but if she had to, she would. Last resort, it's a reason it's last.

The hunter sat sprawled on the ground for a moment, stunned both physically and mentally. Never in his entire career had he come upon a situation like this one, and he was at somewhat of a loss for what to do. If these two happened to be a pair of adult males, the hunter would gladly pummel them without a second thought, but women on the other hand, were an entirely different situation. And these were young women, adolescents really. He simply could not resort to a physical brawl against a couple of teenage girls, despite the fact that they had proved themselves to be quite scrappy.

Devil's brow furrowed at Kaito's suggestion. It was valiant to say the least, but the Charmander made the decision not to listen completely. The Tauros was still currently asleep, so Devil would focus his energy on helping Kaito with the Staraptor. Perhaps Victor could hold off the bovine by utilizing hypnosis again, and if he was unable to do so, Devil could take turns aiding both Kaito and Victor with the enemies.

"Char!" he cried out to Kaito, darting to his side with determination. Devil looked straight at the Staraptor and peeled back his lips to expose his fangs in a gruesome snarl. His eyes rolled back until only the whites were showing, and his nostrils scrunched and flared. DC had never seen her Pokemon look so truly disturbing, and the move clearly had an effect on the Staraptor, although perhaps only a minimal one. Its flight and movement slowed down an notch as it glowered at Devil and his fearsome expression.

"Scary face?" DC wondered out loud. It never ceased to amaze her what tricks Devil had up his sleeve, and he always had impeccable timing when revealing them.

But the Staraptor was not that impressed. It made up for its decrease in speed with a sudden quick attack, slamming into Devil and sending him flying, skidding and rolling across the dirt. He rose shakily to his feet, quite bruised and eyes crinkled at the edges, trying to stay conscious. Another attack like that, and he's history, thought DC, biting her lip in anxiety. Or more like, we're all history. Dev's my strongest Pokemon. If he can't hold up, there's no way the rest of my team can...

The Staraptor looked smug, and it wound up in preparation for another attack on Devil. But as it flew towards him at light speed, the Ursaring lunged at the bird and plucked it out of the air with a well aimed slash attack. The Staraptor looked weakened, but in its unbridled rage it dove at the Ursaring to use close combat. DC held her breath. In its damaged state, the Ursaring might not last through another powerful fighting move.

"Devil, use dragon rage!" she screamed at the top of her lungs, and Devil responded instantly, as though he had already read her mind. The wave of energy escaped his jaws and hit the unsuspecting Staraptor head on. The bird fell to the ground, twitching and spluttering, until it passed out cold. The combined efforts of Kaito, the Ursaring, and Devil must have been too much for it. Devil's eyes were shining and he wore a toothy grin, despite the condition of his tiny, battered body.

The hunter swore vehemently, recalling both the Staraptor and the previously ignored Arcanine. He then proceeded to turn to the Tauros and began barking orders at it viciously, at the top of his lungs. It's massive, horned head began to stir and its eyes snapped open.

DC looked from Darci, to their combined Pokemon, to the Ursaring, and knew that they would all have to band together as a team in order to neutralize this final threat. She swallowed and put on her game face. "Devil, send an ember its way, now!"

Kaito stood ready, feet apart and in a fighting stance. It's claws were out in front of it, but the 'palms' were towards the enemy and claws pointed towards the sky. It cried out. "Combusken!" Kaito's body glowed a faint gold color before he heard something next to him. Hearing Devil's determined cry, he made a face. Looking down at Devil, he seemed to look down with hesitation and worry before looking back up. "Busken..." He uttered. If Devil insisted to be involved, he'll at least tell him to be careful. Knowing that Devil probably could handle the Staraptor for a minute or so, Kaito continued focusing. He slowly started to glow a brighter gold.

Turning back to the matter at hand, he looked to Devil. He jumped when he himself saw the face and he quivered, being frightened by it as well. “Combus!” He yelled, flailing his arms. Once he noticed the Staraptor had started to strike again, he moved to help Devil, but he was too slow. Devil was sent tumbling across the grass and his focus energy attack had been interrupted, only half charged to full focus. He readied his stance when it came again, but the Ursaring jumped in and with a dragon rage attack from Devil, the staraptor done.

Behind them, the bovine had apparently woken up. It was groggy, but seemed ready to fight. With a loud cry, it charged towards Victor, who was looking back. Victor felt something tug on him, maybe his mind, but he immediately whirled around and reacted. He quickly shot dozens of flying golden stars towards the Bovine while putting up another reflect, just in case. Thinking of another attack which might be usable, Victor raised it's wing. A casing of silver engulfed the feathers as Victor ran forwards, bringing down the shining ivory light square on the Bovine's forehead, just as the swift stars hit. Dazed, the bovine stumbled back, rolling it's head in an exaggerating manner. Victor looked rather annoyed at that fact and began launching swift stars left and right. However, the Tauros was unimpressed and charged through them, taking the minor damage they threatened.

Alerted by the sound of the battle, Kaito jumped back towards the battle with the Tauros. Kaito dulled noted that he wouldn’t be able to launch a decent attack before the Tauros struck them. It looked from the Tauros to the ground, finally, resting on Victor who looked petrified. “Busken!!” It yelled, diving and striking Victor’s small body. It tumbled away, a safe distance from the battle and the raging tauros. It gave Victor a innocent smile which had been absolutely adorable when he was a Torchic. The Tauros hit him and he tumbled away, coming to rest on his stomach half a dozen meters away. It had passed out immediately on impact.

Darci looked at the hunter before raising a foot and attempting to kick the man on the ground once more by heeling his head.

“Troublesome gnat.”

DC's Team (PANE)

DC's mouth hung open in awe. She couldn't even believe how well their Pokemon had fared against the hunter's powerfully trained team. She supposed the Ursaring had weakened all the Pokemon considerably, or else they wouldn't have had a chance, but still. The little beasts fought with true courage, she thought affectionately.

The hunter pushed Darci's foot away angrily, his temper beginning to truly ignite. He rolled to the side swiftly, well out of reach of her arms and legs, and got to his feet. The pain from the girls' previous attacks was ebbing, and he knew he was not damaged. Just angry. He stared at the two teenagers and the assortment of wounded Pokemon throughout the forest, including his own unconscious Tauros, laying there with its tongue lolling out of the side of its mouth. As he gazed at the scene before him coldly, his eyes glazed over and suddenly, his fists clenched so tightly that veins bulged off the well developed muscles on his arms. Then his neck swiveled rapidly and his enraged eyes locked on to Darci. DC swallowed, knowing that if it came to a physical fight, the sheer size and strength of this man clearly had Darci beat. In fact, he could probably take both of them at once and dominate easily. And with the expression and body language of the hunter, the situation appeared to be leaning towards physical, very quickly. DC searched frantically through her brain to try and come up with a plan. Just as the hunter began to step menacingly towards Darci, DC spotted something that might be of use to her.

"Why don't you say that again?" the man snarled, his head cocked to the side in hostility. He was practically standing on top of Darci now, towering over her by an alarming amount. "Why don't you call me that again, you little b-"

Without warning, the hunter stopped mid word, eyes widening, and then his massive body began to wobble from side to side. His eyelids drooped and his neck hung limp as he collapsed onto the ground, passed out. DC stood triumphantly behind the man, with his tranquilizer gun clutched authoritatively in both hands. One of the darts was jutting out of his shoulder awkwardly.

"Well that should keep him out of the way for a while," DC said, surprisingly cheerfully, especially after all the recent trauma. "I used one of the smallest darts, so I'd estimate he'll be out for a half hour or so. Not ideal, but I didn't want to... well give him an overdose or anything." Her mind backtracked briefly to Scarper, but she pushed the thoughts away as she wandered back to the backpack that the hunter had left unprotected, and replaced the gun, wiping her hands on the ends of her shirt as if to rid herself from the essence of the man's evil weapon. She rummaged through the pack one last time, finally pulling out a worn wallet, which was clearly on its last legs.

"Arman Tremain," she stated, reading the man's ID. "Twenty-five years old, lives in Petropolis. Apparently he hunts for a living. Well, duh I suppose." She pulled out a small piece of paper and studied it. "Here's his business card. 'Fierce and rare Pokemon for sale. Commissions available upon request. Contact A. Tremain.' And there's a phone number and address too." DC looked thoughtful for a moment, then pocketed the card without another word, opting not to explain her sudden urge to take it.

"Urrr... Ursaring."

DC turned to the Ursaring, who was standing protectively over her two cubs and watching the girls with a cautious look in her eyes. "Don't worry," DC urged, soothingly. "You can take your babies and leave. Darci and I don't want to separate your family." Maybe not now, DC thought privately. But I wouldn't mind capturing one of those Teddiursa once they're old enough to leave from their mother...

"Ursa!" The Ursaring dipped her head respectfully at them, before turning and escaping into the depths of the woods, most likely back to her den.

DC watched them depart, slightly mesmerized by the sight of the large creature bounding with unexpected grace amidst the trees. She tossed her head, snapping out of it, and limped towards Darci, glancing back distastefully at the hunter.

"Well I suppose we should make tracks, before Arman here wakes up." She grabbed Devil's Pokeball and whistled to the Charmander. "Dev! Time for some well deserved rest and..." DC trailed off once she laid eyes on her Pokemon. He was no longer orange, but glowing a blinding white. The light engulfed his form, until DC could no longer make out the outline of his body. The light began to shift and form, molding into a new shape, until a larger body was outlined in the brilliant sheen. Then the glow began to fade, revealing a sleek, muscular bipedal lizard, with shiny crimson scales.

"D-D-D-Dev-Devil!" DC finally spat the words out, her eyes widened in total awe. "You're a Charmeleon!" Wow, way to state the obvious, dumbass, DC chided herself in her head. But Devil's longer claws and fangs, along with his larger and brighter tail flame had her in a state of shock. His face was no longer round and adorable, but instead was the head of a true beast, with an elongated snout and a single horn jutting out from the back of his skull. All this combined with the fact that he was now as tall as DC's chest made Devil into a much fiercer creature than before.

"Char!" he snarled proudly, huffing out a little flame and swishing his new tail in a macho display.

Darci watched proudly from the ground where she lay. The enemy pokemon were beaten, nothing stood between them and victory. It was just the simple fact of the hunter.

She felt her foot being pushed away and it thudded lamely to the ground. She groaned and flailed slowly and limply, completely exhausted from throwing the much larger man over her small shoulder. She closed her eyes briefly to rest them, the fatigue of the battle coming back and slapping her in the face once more with it's invisible, and rather slow-reactionary, hand. She rolled slightly on the ground, waiting for what the Hunter would do. Her eyes were partially open, watching the hunter wearily. As the large man turned around, he glared at her. Glowering, he demanded a repeat. Darci shook her head back and forth. She quickly gathered her pride and shouted.

"Troublesome-! ...gn...at?..." She watched, barely able to finish her repeat as he flopped to the ground, tranquilized by his own weapon. She laughed rather nervously, hoping he wouldn't jerk back up like a zombie from a bad movie. When he stayed down and DC spoke once more, she sighed and relaxed. "Thanks DC. Saved." She smiled sweetly at her friend, her friend who had just saved her pathetically illogical ass.

She listened carefully as DC pulled out her wallet and started reading off his ID. "Arman Tremain." She flailed a foot his direction before letting it flop back down. "What an ass." She said, going silent to listen to the business card. It obviously seemed to suggest that he was a professional hunter. As the Ursaring spoke up, she flinched. She managed to her on her knees and bow lowly. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, don't hurt us, don't hurt us, don't h-" She stopped as she watched the large Ursine simply bow slightly and turn away, leaving Darci, DC, and their pokemon alone. Alone if you didn't count the unconscious Tauros and Arman. Darci was slightly glad that they had matched a name with the face, somewhat tired of calling him 'Unnamed Hunter' in her mind.

Darci nodded and looked down at Arman, who seemed to be out like a light. She shakily got up and stretched, quickly recoiling when her left wrist and arm screamed mercilessly in pain. "Gggh..." Suddenly, a light distracted her. Looking towards the source, she had to throw her hands up to protect her eyes from the blindly bright light. Her eyes remained squeezed shut until the red tint of her eyelids faded away, letting her look upon the great beast which was Charmeleon. "Ah-ah! Charmeleon, naa?" She quickly flipped out her pokedex.

Charmeleon.
Without pity, its sharp claws destroy foes. If it encounters a strong enemy, it becomes agitated, and the flame on its tail flares with a bluish white color. Tough fights could excite this POKéMON. When excited, it may blow out bluishwhite flames. It is very hotheaded by nature, so it constantly seeks opponents. It calms down only when it wins.

Darci laughed somewhat nervously. To her, it seemed just like another Dusk Arcana, but she quickly shook it off, knowing it was a ally, quite thankfully. She slowly picked herself up. "This is awesome! Another powerful ally gets stronger!" She chirped, swaying. She wouldn't lie to herself. She. Was. Tired.

"Not to make it seem like i'm not happy about it, but we should get moving before armmy wakes up here." She laughed, attempting to make a double joke out of his name."

~~~~~
As she walked down the hill, she commented. "It's great that our pokemon have evolved. Isn't it?" She said, feeling back about not seeming enthusiastic about Devil's evolution. She was thrilled really, but was too exhausted to do anything but want to reach Arasam.
As she stumbled down the hill, she could see the outlines of someone of buildings. Before long, they would be resting in the city and be recovering. Oh how she dreamed of relaxation.
DC's Team (PANE)
DC hobbled her way downhill, painfully, but it didn't really bother her anymore. She was far past the point where pain got to her, and her mind was in a state of calm. In fact, she almost felt invincible. DC took a few moments to reflect on every hardship that she and Darci survived over the past few days. That might be more than some people go through in their entire lives, she mused, staring up into the bits of sky that peeked through the treetops. A cool, gentle breeze glided through the air, tousling DC's fiery hair. She pushed it away from her face and sighed contentedly as she limped along the trail. By now her ankle was numb, almost pleasantly so, and she enjoyed the temporary relief rather than stress about the damage that the loss of feeling indicated.
She nodded to Darci peacefully. "Yeah, both Kaito and Devil. It's almost overwhelming." She chuckled. "You know, I'd be willing to bet that Devil evolved to compete with Kaito a little bit. Or at least not let him get too ahead." DC paused, enveloped by thought for a moment. "Should be interesting though, having two powerful fire types with us at once. Grass types beware." She grinned wryly.
After a decent chunk of walking, broken up occasionally by casual banter, DC noticed that the hill was beginning to flatten and the trees were beginning to thin out, until it seemed that they were walking on more of a rural dirt road than in a forest. Suddenly, DC saw the promising outlines of buildings on the horizon, and she had to hold back a rather uncharacteristic squeal of joy. "Darci! We made it! Can you believe it?" Eagerly, she ambled down the path as fast as her wounded ankle would allow her, which albeit was not very fast, but the unbridled expression of happiness on DC's face balanced out how painful it was to watch her limp.
"Let's go! Showers, real food, and bed, here we come!"
Little did DC know that there would still be plenty of hardships for her to face in Arasam, but perhaps it was best that she remained blissfully ignorant for the time being. After all, it would kill her good mood, and a true, untainted good mood was a rare experience for DC.
The sun began to fall lower into the sky, just bordering on early evening. The horizon was washed in an orange and pink glow, and DC moved faster, drawn to both its beauty and the incentive of civilization ahead. She could feel a certain Pokeball on her waist wiggle slightly, and she patted it with affection. The smooth surface of the device was warm to the touch, heated up by the feelings of its occupant, shared emotions with his trainer. DC's smile broadened, and she urged her body to move faster, to reach what very soon would become her new home.
Darci kicked at a pebble and watched it bounce down the hill. The sun was still in the sky and the faint ruby that reflected off the clouds had faded to a padded ivory, and if one looked close enough, it was beginning to fade back to that crimson reflection. For once in quite a while, the sky was on their side and the clouds smiled widely at them, showing silver teeth, without a hint of stormy gray. As she heard the thunk of the pebble hitting the tree, she kicked another. One... Two... Three... Four... Five... Six... Sev- thunk. She raised ehr good hand to her mouth and snickered. Seven had always been one of her least lucky numbers. She pondered upon what it would be like once they got to Arasam. Would it be like a gentle, exciting paradise? Or would it be another rough back-handed strike of a misadventure?
She smiled at DC. "Sure is." She commented before listening to her friend once more. She laughed. "That seems just like Devil! Maybe we should have them go at it sometime. It would be interesting to see what would come from it." She finished. "Grass-types! Burrow back into your holes!"
"Turtwig! Chrrrup!" Darci turned her head towards her backpack. She had never heard Maxwell make that kind of sound before.
"Oh, Maxwell. You scared me." Gently patting over her heart, she continued. "Don't worry, soon you'll be big an strong just like Devil and Kaito!" Maxwell wiggled it head out and chirped happily.
"Turtwig! Turt! Chirrup!" Darci's head bobbed at the weird noise.
"Maxwell will be Maxwell, i guess." She had just finished when DC's exclamation reached her ears. Her head jerked towards the horizon, and there sat Arasam. She stopped to stare for a moment at the beauty of the horizon. She reached back and unlatched the hatch with her camera in it. She dangled it just over Maxwell's head. "You've done this before, Maxxy. Bite onto the strap to keep it in place and set the timer to five seconds..." She felt Maxwell clamp onto the wrist strap and let go.
She ran, feeling Maxwell's little stubbly paws jab at the buttons. Hearing the bleep of the timer being set, she smiled. I'm gifted to have such great pokemon... She thought, hearing the soft beep of the timer countdown. Maxwell swung it's head so the camera dangled off the backpack and then jerked upwards. The Camera snapped a photo. With that, Maxwell retreated back into the backpack and took the camera with it.
The picture was a almost perfectly centered photo of Dc at one side, a bit of Darci's smiling face when she turned, and the almost symbolic icon of Arasam, sitting like heaven on the horizon. It seemed almost religious in a way, almost as if you had finally reached salvation. Salvation or not, Darci, and she presumed DC as well, didn't care. It was their goal, and they had reached it.
"Arasam here we come!!"
