does anyone know if your pokemon evolve while breeding/leveling up in the shelter?
or do you have to manually do that while they're in your party?
'cause if they don't evolve, i have some other pokemon i can add to my list of breedable pokemon. >:3

You have to take them out of the daycare to evolve the pokemon... most people level them manually in their party because some pairings might stop liking each other if you take one out (i forget who, but someone said they took their clone squirtle out to evolve it into clone blastoise, and when they put it back in the pair hated each other)... so i'd recommend evolving your breeding pairs before stuffing them into the daycare to prevent that (that's what i've done for my easter lopunny and clone venusaur pairs, just see my breeding spoiler below to see them)

And i don't see how an honest question can be viewed as spam... now, if we continued discussing this in length, that might be considered spam since the question has now been answered and discussion would serve no real purpose~

well, i just kind of throw pairs that are compatible in, i don't keep particular pairs together, so that's not too much of a problem for me.

Just found some very interesting information pertaining to bidofo...

To answer a few questions:

- originally I didn't make a shiny form, so there were no shinies in the original 2 000
- later on, Wymsy recoloured the sprites
- it isn't breedable because I didn't want shinies to pop up without a shiny form, so I'll probably make it breedable now
- the egg description is actually slightly different from a normal Bidoof's, if you pay attention, you'll spot the difference

Upon seeing this, i went to my pc to confirm the rumor... bidofo is now under the ground and humanshape breeding groups, so i believe this means bidofo is now a breedable novelty~ (i'd like someone to confirm this before i put it into my breedables list)

Now, the only issue is how are we supposed to tell if we actually breed one if the images look exactly the same... or are you also able to view matruity with the silph scope?

There's a thread about it here (see its newer posts). Hopefully one of the mods will post eventually and absolutely confirm it. I also noticed my Bidofo has a very different total maturity level now; it's gone up to 1,250,000 , probably changed so it levels more evenly in the Daycare. As for the eggs...I don't have a Silph Scope either, but if it doesn't show maturity, then whoever wants the egg is going to have to check every Bidoof egg they see for high maturity. ^^; I hope this counts as contributing something, I don't want to spam.
