yet every time i come across a ferrothorn i lose i cannot seem to beat them my ferrothorn cant seem to get the job done and keldeo has the only type advantage against it on my team but it also holds a type weakness to it so im currently at a loss on how to best those ferrothorns

EDIT--i am looking for a better alakazam then that one but it is what it is right now

If you haven't yet, samoo offers an absolutely fantastic battle subway team
It looks to me that your problem just really comes down to some of the Pokemon you're using, and their ivs in the end.
I think if you're going to want to improve on that team, you'll replace your alakazam,haxorus, and Keldeo.
You're going to also want to invest in a fire type like darmanitan, and definitely a much better haxorus, holding a choice band if possible, the majority of the time, if not most times, you'll want to start out with a good haxorus to get rid of the majority of the team before it goes down. You'll also need to get an ice type in there too, to counter all the dragon types, where as darmanitan can take care of those ferrothorns.

You may also want to switch ferrothorn out for a good fighting type as well, there are quite a few teams out there now that can counter any team that relies on ferrothorn, so I guess a fighting type will offer you more coverage with those normal types and such.
