The matchups are randomized, Chayan. XD I use a list randomizer (http://www.random.org/lists/) to shuffle the participants and pair them up.

You need to take a screenshot first then upload the picture in a website (i.e. tinypic, photobucket, etc) then add the image link to the website between the code [img] [/im g]
