I go to The srpiter's Resource, and if I want a pokemon, I find the HG/SS page and click on the pokemon overworlds. Copy and paste to Paint, choose the one you want, and save just that one. I actually tried going to the spriters resource when I made that achievement but unfortunately it was down but heres the achievement form again with the picture.
